This hotel is to be avoided if there are more than 2 people staying. The customer service is to be questioned. On our stay here we asked for one extra blanket and one extra towel on our arrival. We had children in our room. It is the perogative of hotels around the world to fulfil a request like this as some people need more bedding than others. To our request they said that they didn t have any spare blankets or towels in the hotel. .. this I found very strange as I have family who own hotels and they have to provide extra blankets on request. They took the stance of wanting to charge us 25 pounds sterling per day to get the extra blanket. ... very shocking and petty. I would avoid this hotel if you take children as the management are very petty and will take money off you whenever they can. .. they are almost like thieves!

Bra, lugnt prisvärt hotell. Stor fin pool. Fint läge en bit utanför centrum på egen strand. Hotellet ordnar gratis transport till och från Lamai centrum varje dag, tar ca 5-10 minuter en väg. Tyvärr så är stranden inte så badvänligt då det kommer in mycket skräp från havet som ligger kvar, hotellet städar dock sin stranremsa varje dag. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderar detta hotell om man vill besöka Lamai men inte vill bo mitt i smeten . [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Fantastic staff that does everything for you. The beach is not the best and the resort is a bit away from central Lamai.For peace and quiet at a beatutiful resort this is perfect.

The view is very good, hotel staff very nice. But the ground of swimmingpoor is not safety, hurt my foot and make my toe bleed.

酒店位置有点偏，适合喜欢清净的人，但是酒店对面就有租车的，不是motobike，开车进出就很方便了。酒店有泳池，早餐种类比较少，房间应该说就是3星标准，不嫌弃爬楼梯的话，seaview比villa好，我们住的villa朝向就不如seaview。沙滩左边是个当地很有名的泰式餐厅，有几家分店。去苏梅之前就听说过这个店，在查汶没有找到，没想到在这里居然撞上了。小小惊喜。总体来说还是不错的。 [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very Relaxing & Quiet Hotel with spacious room & huge comfortable King Size Bed. Nice View from the room can see pool & private beach. The best thing is just 5 min walk to grandfather grandmother Rock where also can find lots of local sovenior shop to bring home. The Seafood Restaurant,SABIANGLAY, serve nice Seafood in very nice scenery, cozy environment. And the price is actually reasonable for the kind of food & place you can find in Koh Samui. The hotel also provide free shuttle to Lamai city where you can find more food, massage services, soveniour shops around. Ya, the last thing I must mention is the Tour Service Counter at the hotel. The lady really provides good service & information for good tour packages. Really appreciated her. We really enjoy our stay in Koh Samui & bring back lots of good memories... Good Hotel, good rooms, cleaning rooms every day, large pool, food not so good (we enjoy only pizza and wine :)), beach not so good (rocks and shells, i damage my foot), place is good too (many shops and restaraunts around)

We spent 6 days at this hotel. The facilities are perfect and the level of service from the staff is absolutely superb. The location is a little way out of Lamai and therefore very quiet, and you will need to catch a taxi to get to Lamai Beach area, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service three times daily into Lamai. Highly recommended [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

A very simple Hotel,With a very good good view and landscape just like the photos appeared.A simple and attracting activities free of charge.Rooms are very clean,B.f. was so good.The drawback that the sea wasn t attractive at all(Egypt beaches are supperior compared to that), with a bad stinky smell. On my arrival with the full payment on sawadee site the reception credited on me 3000B/n from my master card as a garantee !!!! and on my departure i asked for the unsigned voucher,but no one answer me,instead they give me a good rate to extend my state,which i accept.thx mercure. Not far from Lamai center and around 40 min to airport(around 300B with a taxi).U can hire a motor bike for 200B/day from the other side of the hotel ver very exciting & efficient.
