The Hotel was wonderful, the woman on the reception was wonderful and helpful. You are sta directly in the city of Fishermans Village, wonderful small city. I love it, but it is not so cheap, also the Restaurants, that s not so nice... Chaweng is just about 10 min with the scooter and Lamai is also not faraway. Everything was wonderful, but the only one was bad, was the beach in Bophut, the water was dirty and when you go in the water there are sooo big stones you can t go without shoes. In front of the Hotel the sand wasn t clean, all stones and a bit of rubbish was lying in the sand, nobody was cleaned it, this was soooo disappointed. I hope the Hotel will change it in the future, cause so they will loose Guests. I want to come for holiday because I want to go to the beach, not sit outside to look in the water and can not swim :( At all I like this area, just the beach ... And this is the important thing when yo go for holiday to Koh Samui. Chaweng Beach the water is so clearly, you can see your feet. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

clean hotel .beds are very close to the wall .hotel has no elevator . Cases are not taken from the personal to the room .pool is very small . pool is in 3 floor without lift. no service at the pool . beach does not lie Restaurant very expensive

The information on the hotel is not very informative. We were trying to book two twin rooms with extra beds for the kids, but were told that this was impossible. What they didn t explain is that you can book one large room with two extra beds or you can book a family suite. Not clear at all from the booking info. We ended up in three tiny little box rooms with no windows and no door on the bathroom. These are supposed to be used as kids rooms in a family suite, not as rooms on their own. Had we known this we would definitely have booked differently. It is a pity to be in such a beautiful location and not be able to see out at all. The aircons are also difficult to get to a decent temperature and they are short on blankets (you only receive a sheet unless you request a blanket and there are not enough blankets for all guests). es ist ein sehr nettes ruhiges Hotel. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer haben dazu noch einen Balkon. Der Strand ist auf der Höhe des Hotels nicht ganz so schön. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
