Отдыхали в отеле с 25.12 по 06.01.2015г. Бронировали номер Grand Deluxe Room w/BF с хорошей скидкой в 60%. Отель очень понравился, красивая, ухоженная и утопающая в зелени территория. Отель занимает достаточно большую площадь, от пляжа до ресепшена можно доехать на эл. карах, которые достаточно часто перемещаться по территории. Отелю вполне можно поставить оценку 4+. Отличный пляж, несмотря на огромное количество отдыхающих в Новогодние праздники лежаков хватало всем. Единственный минус, может быть нам не повезло именно в этот период времени, были достаточно большие волны. Спокойно поплавать за весь период проживания не удалось. Завтраки однообразные, но выбор хороший. В Новогоднюю ночь отелем был устроен Гала ужин. Подготовили хорошую программу, фейерверк, шведский стол ломился от изобилия вкусно приготовленной пищи. Выбор был шикарный. В целом и пляжем и отелем и месторасположением отеля остались довольны на все 100%. Рекомендую. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отличный сайт по бронированию отелей. Все обязательства выполнены на 100%. После бронирования отеля пришло подтверждение на эл. почту о сроках оплаты. Необходимо оплачивать отель в два этапа. Рекомендую.

Clean and fresh. Great breakfast. Notes on many places what things cost if you lose or brake, feels not frendly. Restaurang took extra money in vat everytime, expensive food and drinks! When we arrived extra bed and extra towels was not fixed, we was 4 in our bungalow, sometimes after clean no towels enough.

We stay in this hotel the second time just because we love Chaweng noi beach. The hotel is a good value for the money we paid. The stuff was polite and attentive. The room is clean and the view from the balcony was just awesome( we lived in deluxe of the old building) Nightlife activity is a 10-minute walking (you can walk through the hotel First bungalow by the little bridge and you are on chaweng beach) The hotel also has their own bus/taxi service and it s cheap to go with them (50baht pp) From the minuses I can admit the slow signal of wifi and quality of the food in the main restaurant ,was not so good and pretty expensive so better to go out. However I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Everything was great and the hotel is located at the best beach in Samui. New Grand Deluxe Wing has really good bed, not as hard as they used to be in Thailand. The only thing that we can remark on is the pool (beach) it’s really small, and it was warm. The free Wi-Fi needs improvement at least so you can use it in the room. They have really good breakfast with a lot to of choices. They have transfer to Central Chaweng with the same price as the big Tuk-Tuk [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Absolut enttäuschend, würde nie mehr buchen. Einrichtung des Zimmer uralt, dunkel und erdrückend.Was auf der Homepage angeboten wird ist in Wirklichkeit eine Ilusion. Scheiss Wlan empfang, um eine zusätzlich Rolle WC-Papier zu erhalten musste man betteln, die englische Kenntnise der Rezepsionisten war miserabel. Schlussendlich mussten wir vom Bungalow zu den Zimmer wechseln, da bei einem heftigen Sturm das Strohdach undicht wurde und es ins Zimmer regnete. Die Bungalow am Strand sind ok und die Suite auch. Aber der Preis gerechtfertig nicht die höheren Kategorien. D.h. diese sind ok aber zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Der Strand ist super und sauber. Würde aber keine Getränke an der Strandbar bestellen da viel zu teuer und noch Steuern verlangt werden. Die Liegenbette sind ok. Aber jedesmal wenn es regnete wurden die Liegenmatten nicht versorgt, so dass sie oftmals nass und feucht waren. Aber mit den hohen Temp. trocknete diese relativ schnell. Frühstückbuffet war ok. Eine Rollervermietung im Hotel ein wenig teurer als draussen (+ 5 Euro) aber komfortabel weil man den Roller wircklich bis zum letzten Tag ausnutzen konnte. Das Hotel war enttäuschend für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Grünanlage und die Pools ware sehr sauber. Überall gabs WC und es war sehr ruhig. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

В этом отеле мы второй раз. Проживали в Garden wing. Отель просто утопает в зелени, как в джунглях.Номера неплохие, все работает, хотя и выглядит старовато. Из минусов- темновато вечером в номере из-за плохого освещения и далековато от главного входа, но там курсируют гольфкары и по просьбе вас довезут до пляжа или номера. Завтраки очень скудные- сосиски, омлет, яичница, тосты, йогурт- вот и все. После этого отеля переехали в другой, в такой же ценовой категории- там завтраки просто царские были. Расположен отель ниже центра Чавенга, спокойный район, цены на питание в окрестных кафешках в два раза ниже чем на Чавенге. При бронировании учитывайте следующее: нас отдыхало 4 человека- 2 взрослых и дети 15 и 9 лет. В номере одна двухспальная кровать и одна полуторка. Цена номера- только за двоих человек. Та полуторка уже есть extra bed и за нее при бронировании необходимо доплачивать около 30 долларов в сутки. Если вас больше троих человек, то за четвертого надо доплачивать за завтрак. Ну и отдельно, уже в отеле доплачивать за дополнительную кровать-раскладушку. В номере очень плохо работал телевизор- смотреть было невозможно, причем не только у нас. Жалобы администрации ни к чему не приводили- приходил местный монтер, с умным видом шевелил антенным кабелем и произносил каждый раз одно и то же: проблемы с сигналом. Пляж отменный, самый лучший на мой взгляд на Самуи [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Это действительно один из лучших отдыхов на Самуи. Спокойный релакс, отличный пляж. Не плохая кухня. Чудная погода. Вообщем хочу туда вернуться и вернусь припервой же возможности. Немного ветхие корпуса, берите новые, но они дороже, а так отпуск ОТЛИЧНЫЙ. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Poor decor needs updating rooms dark and dingy some work underway but unfinished and not looking as though much creative vision is being used other developments in the area are creating beautiful paradise settings. service levels from staff need to be raised much too laid back and casual waiting 30 mins for a drink in restaurant as bar is on beach! Poorly staffed all members multi-tasking! Positive note staff friendly [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

A nice hotel in a great location, however they are let down by staff who are completely disinterested, to the point being of surly. Don t bother going to the GM for help, he doesn t care either! If new mangement comes in and motivates the incumbent team to levels seen elsewhere in Thailand, this hotel could be superb.

Fint hotell med strandläge och två pooler. Mycket rent och bra service med buggy cars som kör en på begäran upp till vägen eller receptionen (lång emellan) Vi åkte med våra två barn på sex och sju år och det fungerade bra att bo i en bungalow med extrasäng. Bra frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. På den här stranden kan man sola och mysa men inte simma om man är det minsta rädd för höga vågor och undervattensströmmar. De skryter om att de har wiifii över hela området men det fungerar mycket dåligt. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Bodde i superior bungalow - bott i 2 olika standarden mer än OK. Stranden fin men väldigt djupt direkt i havet och ofta blåsigt. Röd flagg ganska ofta och ett drunkningstillbud. Finns inga restauranger utmed stranden, finns 2 bra och billiga uppe vid huvudvägen annars kort bit med taxi/song thaew ner till centrala Chaweng. Passar utmärkt om man vill ha det lugnt. Mest tyska pensionärer på hotellet. Fin pool, bra frukost, restaurangpersonalen är mycket tillmötesgående och oftast relatvt snabba dock är receptionspersonalen inget vidare. Bra städning. Under den här resan har vi bott på säkert 8 olika hotell och Fair House har ändå stått sig mer än väl i konkurrensen. Rekommenderas. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
