la location correspondait exactement à ce que je cherchais l endroit est calme et à la fois proche du centre de chaweng la responsable est souriante et attentionnée, la petite maison est propre, ménage tous les jours. Il y a une supérette pas loin et une route commerçante seul point faible pour les utilisateurs de skype wifi un peu faible pour la vidéo

Quiet, away from noisy places. Convenient store are nearby. Spacious air-conditioned room and living area. Hot shower. Wifi available all around the premise. Motorcycle for rental are in pristine condition. Only downside is there is no iron and ironing board. But you can send to their in-house laundry service.

it was a pleasure to stay here during my vacation. First of all i would like to say Thank you to hotels s staff. They are really nice people. Cleanles of room is acceptable. The staff cleans a room every day, i think it s pretty good. Furthermore they washed our dishes. Everything what we wished they provide us. In the christmas eve the owner surprised us by gift. It was so nice! As for facilities of this place. The restorant did not work during all period. But it was not a big problem because Tesco Lotus located close. As for location, i think it s good. Of course the beach is far but all bug shops pretty close. We stayed there pretty long time thus this location more better than near the beach.As a negative point i can mark swimming pool, Pool is big but not enough clean. So the conclusion: It s good place for this money. we have no any regrets to stayed here.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Chaweng, but you must go to the beach on the transport for 5-7 minutes. Very beautiful green area, service and staff work hard to 5. Cleaning and linen change every day. Despite the fact that the homes cozy enough, some rooms require decoration and additional furniture. In a fairly calm atmosphere conducted stay. Excellent bungalows and pool. Quite a way from beach area but own free taxi runs frequently. Biggest drawback - restaurant closes 5.00pm so it is early dinner or eat out every night.

This was my 2nd visit to Samui and I was looking for a place more central on the island. Baan Saensook Villas are just outside Chaweng, quite close to the main Tesco. The location is very quiet, although I experienced the sonic book on the 23rd May. Occasionally you do hear gunfire from the shooting range a couple of kilometres away. As a single traveller I chose a single bedroom villa. The villa was spotless and a maid visited everyday to keep it that way. Fresh towels and sheets were provided daily. The villa provided a toaster and a water boiler which I used daily for coffee. The maid even did my washing up. There is a pool on site which I used 3/4 times. There is a sign saying there is a charge but I think that is for non guests. I hired a moped from reception for 180 Baht/day. Transport is essential as you are just a little too far from Chaweng centre to walk, although I did on one day, about 25 minutes to get to the Green Mango area. There is a Family Mart 5 minutes walk from the resort for any essentials you need and Tesco is only 5 minutes by moped. There is a laundry right next door which delivered my clean clothes back to my villa. It is hard to find any fault at all. The only niggle was that the drain in the shower room was in the wrong place and the bathroom would flood if you stayed in too long. There are no seperate hot water taps in the villa, but all the water is heated to a comfortable temperature. There is an air conditioner unit in the bedroom and a 3 speed fan in the living area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Baan Saensook Villas and would certainly be happy to rebook there again when I return to Samui. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The hotel was a little far from town, however shuttle is available to transport you to your desired destination, so that was not a problem. 7-Eleven is also available. Only about 8 minutes (by foot) from the villa. You can get almost everything that your need there. My friend & I enjoyed our stay at Baan Saen Sook Villa. It was nice, clean and tidy. The staff were kind and helpful and that makes it hard to say anything bad about the hotel. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Cozy, clean with friendly staff. It would be better to place the TV in the living room instead of the bedroom. This way, we can sit with our friends and watch TV.

A really lovely comfortable hotel. My detached one bedroom villa had a large bedroom and living room with a nice shower room. The A/C cooled the room down to chilly if you needed to I did frequently. The rooms are cleaned every day by lovely friendly staff always with a smile on their face as have all of the staff. Toi the manager/owner is a love and can t do enough to help you. The swimming pool is fantastic. The Villas are about 2K from the beach but that doesn t matter as there is a free shuttle 3 times a day and you can get the tuc tucs from the main road for 100 Baht. Better still hire a scooter from the hotel like I did. I loved my stay here and considered it to be my home. I will be back if life allows. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The holiday was very nice. especially the staff and the boss always took care of everything. particularly the mobile service of the plant were the supper market and beach and beach road excellent. we can sow the baan sook villas only recommend the best!

We had a two Bedroom Villa, wich was sacious for four person.The baan saen sook villa resort is a little aside chaweng beach, but this is the only fault i could find. Motorcycle is needed. The owner drives us to Chaweng or Tesco whenever we ask for it, she was really friendly and verry helpfull.

Excelent new villas, beautiful view, graep pool. Use the hotel service for a shuttele not only to the beach but also back to the hotel. this make the distance from the beach - un significant. Just call the reception and they will send the pick up...

i stay at baan saen sook villas for 17 night great place fine bungalows we have 2 bedrooms bungalows and they are big for 4 person 5 min to the beach and chaweng beachroad good resturang and a fine poolarea. quite place, free taxi service to the beach and to tesco lotus a big shopping mall i will be back next year

I was not satisfied with the room service. Also, I was charged $50 for a bloodstain on a sheet and comforter which I was not told about the charges when checking in. I wouldn t recommend this hotel.
