Stannade i budget rum på felsida vägen så det ger inte hotellet rättvisa. Budget rummet hade dåligt vattentryck. Ser ut att vara betydligt högre standard på rätt sida vägen. Stranden ej trevlig i maj. För lågt vatten. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The place looked very tired and in need of a good overall. As for the service (apart from the room cleaner), I felt the place was very under staffed for this time of the year. As for someone that visits Koh Samui and other regions of Thailand on a regular basis, I was very disappointed.

Hotel OK but way over priced. Getting old. Grounds and pool area very nice. Staff accommodating. Beach area is good but as soon as you enter the water you see garbage everywhere - absolutely disgusting.

We are very pleased with your hotel. The service was good. I was intrigued by the beach and pool. Very good value too. The only negative was they hard beds.

Wellcoming was good. A sign with your name at the lobby, wishing you welcome to the hotel. The room was worned. For example the main door had large gaps, it wouldn´t close properly. The furniture where worned, the bathroom where kind of dirty even though it had been cleaned. The bathtube did not draw properly while showering. Breakfast ok. Pool area ok, the trees a little too tall, shades of the sun too soon. Staff ok except english language skills could be better. The location great, at the beach, but the beach very littered. Why don´t the hotel staff take care of the beach as good as they clean the pools every day?? All the hotels have the same problem, think about the coming generations, where will they spend there holidays? We paid for 4 persons but only had 3 pool and 3 shower towels, had to ask the staff to bring us the fourth almost every day. Then there where older couples with 6 pool towels! Supposed to have only one per person. Guests where from many different parts of the world, which was good. Massage sercices at the hotel good and not overprized. Try it! Hotel need a quick facelift! Very nice hotel. Just in the beginning of Chaweng. I have only good things to say about this hotel. The only thing we think they really can improve was the cleaning in the room. One time our belongings was shuffled in to a corner and the cleaning was late in our room. A couple of times when we came back to the room around 4.30 p.m. they havent started the cleaning in our room. Beside that it was a lovely hotel and we can recommend it. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very nice swimming pool, good sea view, and the staffs are excellent. But, the hotel rooms need to be renovated (we were staying at a Delux Room), furniture needs some polishing maybe.

The locatio of the hotel is great, quite but very cloesed by feet to the main chaweng center position. Perfect service from the staff. very polite and willing to help if any problem. great brekfast, excellent food quality,wide choice of food and care in details and presentation.room cleand and well equiped with all amenities. really good value for maney hotel. great the assistance of the Antoine at the reception,very polite, smiling and professional. i am sure to came back in this hotel in future. Deluxe rooms are spacious and near the pool overlooking beautiful gardens and in a quiet location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially ET at the pool bar, the restaurant staff and the Front Office Manager. The breakfast choice was extensive with eggs made to order. We were a group of 13 that stayed for 2 weeks and not one of us had a bad experience. We can highly recommend this hotel. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Sawadee.com was recommended to me by a friend and this is the 4th time I have used the agency. The service has always been excellent and my credit card has never been compromised. Airport transfers have always been seamless with new vehicles and great staff. Hotel bookings have always been in order on arrival.

Vi var på Blue Lagoon 4 netter i slutten av juni og var godt fornøyde. Hotellet ligger flott til ved stranden på den nordlige delen av Chaweng. Stranden i seg selv er fin, men havbunnen og at det er langgrunt gjør det lite pent ved lavvann. Hvis dere ønsker å tilbringe mye tid på stranden bør dere bevege dere lenger sør på Chaweng. Hotellet er søsterhotell med Beachcomber og de tilbyr gratis transport mellom hotellene. Der er det mye bedre strand. Hele resorten bærer preg av lite vedlikehold og rommene begynner å bli slitne. Bassengområdet er flott og det samme er restauranten. Frokosten er også noe av det bedre vi har fått i Thailand. Chaweng walking street går rett på baksiden så det er kort vei til restauranter og butikker. Generelt så er nord chaweng penere og litt mer classy enn sør (bortsett fra stranden som sagt). Vi booket først to netter, men pga utrolig god service, blide ansatte, flott frokost og fornuftig pris så ble vi to dager til og gikk heller litt sørover for å ligge på stranden. We visited the Blue lagoon over new year the hotel is at the southern end of Chaweng Beach which is nice and quiet away from the loud music, which is what we wanted. It is only a short walk into town. The hotel rooms were a good size and had tv dvd player fridge & hairdryer, they were kept spotless throughout the holiday. The staff were excellant, looking after us on the beach and around the pool. We had read reports that the pool wasn t clean but it was when we were there, it is slightly over shaddowed by trees which makes it appear green! The new years eve dinner was excellant, but we had to pay for our 2 children who did not attend which made the evening very expensive! Prego restaurant across the road is really good, There is a BBQ steak house ( not a hotel ) on Chaweng road, they have the food on a grill at the front on the road I would give this place a miss, the food was cold inside I was ill after eating a chicken kebab! The Ice Bar was fun, there is a life size Tuk Tuk amongst other ice sculptures! We would definately go back we really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Lagoon pity the weather wasn t better! It is very nice hotel. Located near by most developed area in Chaweng beach. Staff is very friendly. It was my second visit to this hotel and liked it very much. There is big swimming pool. I suggest to visit Italian restaurant PREGO opposit eside of hotel entrance. Living in blue lagoon, swimming in the pool and enjoy your meal at PREGO is fantastic.

This was our third visit at this hotel. We like the atmophere. Especially restaurant staff and pool staff is friendly and smiling. Food is exeellent. We also like that there is no fight about sunbeds. On the other hand rooms needed some renovation. And we don´t like evening fireworks, too noisy. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

What can i say. I read some so so reviews about noisy rooms and being far from the better beach area all i think were written in error. the service staff (especially the pool staff) were amazing. 20 feet from the beach was great. yeh its at the quiet end of chaweng ( if thats possible)but it is a 3 minute walk along the beach to the deaper swimming area. you dont need to leave the pool. The room was great ,I extended my stay 3 days and for the price i would recommend this hotel to everyone. felt like 5.5 star. My thanks to the pool staff who s abuility to hold a conversation (in english) and still provide good service was incredible.The bar price is reasonable and room service tops. can hire bikes and tours from hotel all great value. for those single travellers who want to live it up a little this is the place , for honeymooners no need to leave the room.
