The room was described as a bungalow, which it clearly is not! A wrong description in the homepage is misleading! Furthermore, the room was dirty and the bathroom was smelling really hard.

No one was actually there when we arrived at midday and had to look around for 15 minutes to find someone, who quickly just handed us a key so we had to find our own room. There was a fridge and air con but only worked when the key was in the holder there for you had to be in the room to cool your drinks. There was an ants nest in our bed and the cleanliness was poor. Hotel seemed totally abandoned with no one around. The location was the street behind the main one where the locals live, the smell was awful [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

cet hotel devait etre bien il y a 20ans, maintenant ce n est plus ca! les employés sont serviables et adorables. les draps sont propres mais le reste pas au top. la tv ne marche pas, kitchenette sale pas d eau chaude et clim d un autre temps..

Room and bathroom were very old but clean. Kitchen was really dirty. The appartments (small) aren t up to date. Don t book it with any expectations!!!

I have stayed here on many occasions and am always happy to return. I normally book an A/C Bungalow. At a price of 600THB per night, this place is excellent value. Centrally situated and yet quiet. Recommended.

A decent hotel for the money paid. Budget rooms with no extra services. Good pool but lack of sun loungers is a shame. At night the hotel is like a ghost town, all lights are switched off and it s very unnerving and almost uncomfortable. Far from the best hotel but happy with our stay for the money paid. For a nights stay at 600THB the equivalent of about £12.00 I did not expect much but I was very pleasantly surprised by this small hotel. I had booked a bungalow with AC. It is was very large, nice big bed and the hot and cold shower was fine.It is convenient for Walking Street and the main Chaweng Beach Road shopping and clubs and about 10 minute walk to the beach. I had arranged a car pick up from the airport which was excellent. I would certainly say here again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. My booked Fan-room was simple, but had also a AC. The bathroom had a warm and cold water shower. The room was cleaned every day with changeing bed-linen and towels. The location is near the center and the beach - only 5 -10 Minutes to walk. The hotel is located in a by-road and so very silent at night. In summery every thing was not the high standard but all what I needed for a pleasant stay in Koh Samui. I would definetly stay again there.

Hotel: Very friendly and helpful stuff, well cleaned every day, big and nice room with possiblity to cook. Clean pool. Quite place. Location: 5-6 walking minutes to the very special Chanweng Beach and 4 minutes to the main street for shopping and nightlive. Very quite hotel, not crowded. Like to stay in this hotel again! Herbert

This hotel is fantastic! The stuff is so friendly, so kind! so lovely for us. The owner himself helped us. The room was perfectly cleaned everyday. The restaurant is very clean and has seaview from every seat. They have a car rental service which I used twice. Down the beach are really good restaurants if you need a little variation although the hotel restaurant is great! !I love to come again and again and again!!! Thank you for the oh so nice stay we had because of you!

I really liked this place, the room was really nice with a tv. fridge and nice bathroom. It got a little hot sometimes so some air con would have been nice. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant served very good food but I would like if they served more Thai options. Good location, not right in the centre but within easy walking distance. ...quite friendly staff , they always try to help you ... The apartment consists of a living room , a bathroom( with bathtub and working hot water...) and a bedroom. The room was refurbished short time before , but quality of the furniture is quite poor However the hotel does not meet european standard in any way , if you like guests with 4 feet in your room , you will have... So if you are looking for a cheap stayment without lots of comfort and you can bear some trouble , you may want to go , you may find better rooms for less money too... [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

For 500 baht we got a steal. Our Bungalow was right next to the pool which was great to have after a good stroll back from the beach.The room was very spacious and airy,we didnt need air-con.The cleaner was fantsatic,it always smelt great and we were given fresh towels everyday. Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Always someone at reception if you need. It s a place to get your head down for a few hours and i mean a few hours. If you want to relax pay more money and go to a resort. The club round the corner usually pumps it out until 2 am and seven eleven across the road is always busy. the hotel well its actually very simple..nothing special. When i made a reservation it said ABF [american breakfast] included but there wasnt even a continental breakfast included..just a coffee thats it!!.. if u need a cheap place to stay at where you dont need to pay extra for bfast but have to go to the supermarket & buy your own food instead...then this is an ok place to be.. the bedsheets were changed everyday which was one plus point but the bath tub was rusted & the showerhead dint spray water in one direction instead all over..!.. oh & they have a pool but it didnt look very clean to me... they should update their pictures as the rooms do not look anything like they do on the pictures..
