J’ai séjourné à Mai Samui 15 jours avec ma famille. 2 adultes, 3 enfants. Merveilleux endroit pour se détendre. Merveilleux hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment super et sympathique. L’hôtel dispose d’une navette gratuite pour Chaweng. Mais si vous voulez aller dîner à un autre endroit que l’hôtel, vous devez prendre un taxi. Comptez enfin 500 bath pour aller de Chaweng à l’hôtel. Il n’y a qu’un seul autre hôtel près de Mai Samui, donc votre choix pour dîner n’est pas si génial si vous restez longtemps. Beaucoup d’argent va pour les taxis.

All I have to say about this hotel is that is GREAT, fantastic pool, nice beach but LOW LOW tide in June/July, beautiful design/decor, bedrooms are roomy, clean and well distributed, I stayed in block A level 3 some sea view, pool view, outdoor bathtub, smart TV (very appreciated by our son) the breakfast is very diverse they even have ice cream and fresh pressed juices, activities were not working really because of low tide (kayak, bird watching, aqua yoga etc)their pool is very big, clean and just perfect. The most impressive fact about this hotel besides its beauty is the staff, everyone is so kind and gentle, we felt welcomed every day, decided to extend our time in Mai and wished we didn t have to leave, Thank you Mr. Wanchai, Ms. Zar Zar you are so dear to us, Ms.Peak who speaks perfect English and it is always checking on the guests needs..lovely Peak, all of the staff are great. You can take cooking class or napkin-towel folding class which was really fun and useful for my dinners, thank you DJ. The hotel is a bit far away from other attractions and places so they even offer free shuttle bus to Chaweng 3 times a day, make sure to book a day in advance and just enjoy this amazing Hotel with the best staff ever! This resort is absolutely first class. Professional staff, beautiful facilities, I cannot speak highly enough of this resort. Please do yourself a favor and visit this place!

excellent services. Everyone knew you with their smiling faces. They were eager to help you even though it may not their responsibility. The breakfast tastes good. Fresh fruits juices provides everyday. Fried rice is the best. The weakness is the location. Quite far away from the town. They can arrange the transfer from Nathon to the hotel without charges. The shuttle bus services are not so good in the timetable. If you drive by yourself , it may not be a problem. The wave is really great and the beach is rocky and not sandy. You may catch fishes or crab instead of swimming. They have free Kaya and bicycle
