The room are not done for a 4 people family. We reserved for 6 days and we had to change for the Suite because it was really to small. And we had to pay of course. They should say no for 4 people reservations. But nice hotel, restaurant is good with nice people.

The pictures on the website were not the same than the reality. We could reserved a room for one couple and 2 kids but it was really to small for 6 days for 4 people. We had to take the Suite and pay a big supplement. They should tell us since the beginning, and we would reserved in another hotel.

за такие деньги могли бы и встретить из аэропорта! честно пожалел что выбрал ваш отель, ну славо богу не на весь отдых, peace resort гораздо круче был и дешевле!!! вот в этом отеле мы почувствовали комфорт и сервис!!! а руммана убила вообще многими мелочами. например банкой кока коллы в мини баре за 48 бат, когда в магазине она всего 12бат, что за наценка???? бассейн требует ремонта безотлогательного и вход в море могли бы и очистить от больших камней. персонал конечно хороший и приветливый, это единственный плюс. а отель отстой. да ещё и дорогой! This is a lovely resort in lush tropical garden settings right next to the beach and close to Lamai Walking Street. I have absolutely no complaints except for the fact that this is NOT a Smoke Free resort. People who don t want to be smoked at the poolside or restaurant should avoid this place. In our first week virtually everybody smoked except us which was at times very unpleasant also due to the fact that the sea breeze blows all the smoke towards the pool area. But again, if you smoke or don t mind smoke this is a wonderful resort and the staff is attentive and very friendly. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

When we arrived after a long journey from KaoSok by pickup truck, minibus, maxibus, ferry and taxi we were very happy to get a warm welcome with a lovely flower bracelet and Coconut shake...wow! The room was absolutely beautifully decorated and the garden lovely! The only negative comment we have was on the price of the restaurant. The food was very good but we were unpleasantly surprised by the extra 10% service and 7% tax fee that was added on top of the bill. We only had dinner once in the hotel for that reason. But other than that....go there and enjoy!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The hotel was nice and the rooms were very clean as they are pictured on the website. The beach is very pretty and extremely quiet. I would reccomend not getting the pricey pool-side rooms as they are right on the pool with little ocean view and you are looking at all the other pool guests. The hotel is too far to walk to town but easy to flag down a ride, a little harder to negotiate on the return and we often paid more. Staff was friendly and helpful, I would reccomend this hotel for a quiet stay.

Was only in Samui for 2 days, but seemed a great place to stay away from the hustle of Chaweng, nice beach, pleasant staff (english could be better), a little overpriced I thought for the rooms, but worth a stay
