Friendly staff, upgraded to main building on arrival as garden villa did not seem to exist. Room however was very spacious and clean Three choices of venue on the seafront for breakfast, food was good. No facilities to speak of but location made up for that Pool was clean but no sun beds and seems to have seen better days [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Lage direkt am Strand und zentral von Lamai. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Restaurant geschlossen. Hauptsächlich russische Gäste,die machen können was sie wollen.

Perfect location close to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. The pool is fantastic, and very conveniently located next to the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Great clean hotel. Really enjoyed our stay so much that we went back twice. It is a stones throw away from beach. Located in a nice area with great restaurants. Music from pubs heard until 6am on our second visit which wasn t great.

Отдохнули в этом отеле неделю в феврале. В тае не первый раз, в том числе и на Самуи, поэтому есть с чем сравнивать. Общие впечатления - очень хорошее. Главный показатель, что отель, не являясь пакетным, был забит всю неделю под завязку. Русских процентов 50. Расположение отличное, лежаки на пляже всегда в наличии, бассейн, хоть небольшой, но чистый и уютный. Две минуты - и вы на центральной улице Ламая. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отличное месторасположение, номера в мэйн билдинге на 5 с минусом (один недостаток - душ жестко закреплен вверху). Вайфай в номере ловит (одна-две единички). Бассейн без хлорки, чистый. Вернусь с удовольствием.

The hotel very much saves on everything. The electricity was disconnected once on all beach. In the neibour hotels generators worked, in ours wasn t. The excellent arrangement justifies the price only.

We made a reservation for a bungalow, but when we arriver at the hotel it turnednout that they DO NOT HAVE ANY BUNGALOWS ! The bungalows shown on the hotel layout map on the webpage do not exist ! The room they gave us as an upgrade seemed OK but it was one of two connecting rooms and the door between them was paper thin, we cold hear the brushing their teeth in there... The surroundings are ill kept and full of garbage, the breakfast restaurant is a shack and the pool area is unloved. It is a ral pity because the location is exellent,rigt on the beach very close to Lamai centre but still quiet and peaceful. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Location is good. But room not so clean and staff in reception was rude. The day I arrival at 2:00pm under 35℃。The reception girl was on duty but not on place. When I ask other staff where she was,she was showing up with bad attitude and give me ugly face. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Great central location and good sized rooms. That s the only positives. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. On arrival the receptionist was unfriendly and was like that for our duration. The rooms were poorly cleaned. My daughter found a used cotton bud on the floor of the bathroom on arrival. Bed sheets were stained and felt unclean. On 2 occasions we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned at 4pm, despite being out for 4 or 5 hours. Toiletries were not replenished. We had to ask for loo roll on 3 occasions. The balconies varied from having 2 mismatching chairs to none at all. The balcony doors had large gaps enabling mosquitos to enter the room. We had to buy coils to keep them down. The wifi is limited to reception area and a few rooms close to reception. The coffee facilities was a kettle and paper cups in reception. There are definitely far better hotels in this price bracket. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

There were 2 girls at the reception, which certainly was not very serviceminden or particularly helpful. We have also an emergency where we need to send a fax to a doctor in Damnark. It was not posible by the hotel and they tell us that we only could do this in the town :0(

Very nice hotel, nice big room, clean and neat! Very hi-tec, good wifi in the room! Close to the beach. The only negative I would like to mention was the small restaurant with little choice of breakfast! Can really recommend this hotel! If you go there by taxi, tell the driver it s the COCONUT BEACH RESORT and NOT Lamai Coconut Beach Resort, which is close by. We came to the latter one and had to walk on the beach with suitcases. nice place, big and clean rooms - direct access to the beach - simply perfect..... DONT take rooms to the street ! ONLY rooms to the beach ! Otherwise the disco-noise wont let you sleep until 6 a.m. !!!!!

It is a perfect place to stay with friendly staf and very cosy atmosfere inside and outside. New big room with balcony, nice (wooden) furnite and smart system of control (air condition, light, tv). Located near the main pub and shopping street. On the beach there is a very cosy lounge bar Chilin with relaxing music, friendly staff, good cousine. Close the other very nice beach bar with tasty and chip thai food [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

A good place to enjoy Samui. From the nice and classic bungalow to the building room, every one can find the perfect one. Close to any facility of Lamai Beach (200m from restaurants and shops) you can easily reach Chaweng by taxi or motobike. No free Internet, cold shower in bungalows.

I stayed in a beach bungalow for the first night and wasn t impressed, the bungalows are very old and in need of upgrade, however after speaking to the staff I was moved into a room in the new building for no extra charge. These new rooms are really good, large and modern rooms with a balcony. Very easy access to the beach, and though the resort lacks its own bar / restaurant it really doesn t matter as there are so many close by. Also very good location if you wish to indulge in the local nightlife. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had an appartement room. (bungalows are older and cheaper) It was good and clean. Everything was working and the price was cheap/valuable.They gave us discount because of the season. your are in the middle of lamai and all is rechable by foot. no pool/no restaurant in the resort(not neccessary). Good place for holiday.
