I lost my cash placed in the room hotel locker. When reported this matter to the receptionist and seeking to speak with the supervisor, she insist and didn t allow me to talk with them giving invalid excuses. I requested for a police officer to investigate the matter and didn t get proper response on the first visit. They keep telling me that the locker is unable to be open when we locked it using our password, and I did mentioned to them there is way of retrieving the password when someone forgets it. Till the day I check out no proper response was given on this issue and till to date nothing form the management as well. I m very disappointed with the service provided when such matter was reported. I have been travelling a lot to other countries, and I always book my hotel with AGODA and didn t face such situation. It was a biggest to book a hotel thru a new agency and even very upset with the hotel management. The breakfast provided in the hotel was the same menu for my 5 days stay, additionally the room was not properly cleaned, the shower wasn t working properly, the sauna wasn t draining well, flooring can be felt with sandy effect after cleaning. All this were repaired eventually, but this should be done prior giving the rooms to me I don t and will never recommend this hotel for any of my family or friends for future stay. I had previously stayed in Thailand at Bangkok, Hadyai, Pataya, Songkhla but this place was my nightmare. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
