Lovety spacious room with fantastic bathroom. Very steep stairs to the room, not god for disabled or old people. Booked a taxi to the airport 6 am, but no taxi come. Hardly to know if hotelreception or the taxidriver who failed. The reception often locked. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Absolutly not recommended by ourselves. Service is not available -Hotel is unfortunately in a carelessly condition. Reklamation was not satisfied - due to technicans vacation. Therefore TV was not working and we didn T have hot water for 2 days. Unbelievable...

Great location in the beautiful fishermans village of bophut. Able to walk to great restaurants and the Friday walking market which was good fun. Hotel a bit aged but very nice and big rooms, pleasant people running it and good value for money. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

B1 villa & spa is really spacious boutique hotel. located within fishermen s village of bophut, you can just stroll along the street for shopping, massage or thai food. you can also easily catch speedboat to koh phagan at nearby bophut pier. the only setback is the bophut beach is not suitable for swimming [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had the big room (100 sqm) which actually was two suites. Very cheap room. The beach was not that good, and the pool was very small but clean. Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant and was good. The Fishermans village is a nice place to be in. Nearly no cars or motorbikes, and a variaty of restaurants from expensive to cheap, and touristshops as well. Do not miss the night market on fridays. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very good hotel in a great position: inside but not in the middle of Fisherman s village. Room was excellent and clean. Very close to the main road from which you can reach chaweng lamai and the rest of the beaches. Very close also to Choeng Mon, one of the niceest beaches on the isalnd. The beach in front of the hotel is not 100% usable because of rocks and corals in the sea, but if you are on the island is to take a tour of all the wonderful beaches. Breakfast is offered in other bars of the village, via a coupon, but the best is one called Enjoy. would come back for sure. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very great place, and people...the lady manager very helpfull and nice for everything..she have delayed our check out till 6.00 pm, for assure us a shower and rest, right before the fly, for no extra price... room extra large !! always clean and with all options included, nice view, beachfront with chairs and bed on the sand and a saltwater pool; a really quiet place...but only 10 minutes away ( by motobike!! )from the more famous and crowded beach area.. worth all the money, simply... A+ for the B1 Villa. The room was large, comfortable and well decorated. The staff we super friendly and helful. The answered all of our questions and helped us navigate around Koh Samui. They often went over and above their call of duty to serve us. If you are looking for a large resort, however, this is definitely not the place for you. But they B1 is a beautiful little boutique style hotel with a super hospitable staff. The beach itself is not as nice as the others but Bophut is a quaint little village that is a great place to stay for a while. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We read many reviews of hotels/resorts on Samui before we chose the B-1 Villa and were very happy that we decided to stay here for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The staff was always accommodating and friendly. Our room was large and clean with a lovely view of Bophut Beach from our balcony. It was a very peaceful and romantic location. The beach is right out the front door and the main street through the tiny village is to the rear - very convenient. Lots of great restaurants and bars all along the tiny main street (try The Pier for lunch). We enjoyed breakfast each morning at Karma Sutra - 2 minutes from our room. We took a taxi to Chaweng one day to check it out as we had read that it was a real hot spot . We found it extremely crowded, noisy and the beach was dirty. We stayed about 2 hours and then were very happy to get back to Bophut. We would definitely stay at B-1 again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing and very beautiful vacation. If you re 22 years old and looking for a 24 hour party this is not the place for you. For everyone else - you ll love it here. Definitely request one of the units with a balcony. The suite we stayed in was probably the nicest one we ve ever had. Not that luxurious, but a beatiful, spacious and nicely designed suite. And the price is not that high at all, compared to rooms at other destinations for a much lower standard. The staff was nice and helpful; of course it can be difficult with the English as always in Thailand, but it all worked out nicely! The beach was not at its best when we were there, but taking a songthaew to Choeng Mon Beach ten minutes away is easy and worth it! Try taking one of the upper suites with a nice balcony, because fact is that when having the ones on the ground floor those will also be almost a walk-through to the upper ones. Not a big problem, but it doesn t give you quite the privace you might want. B1 is a very nice place in all! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Fantastic location, I had a view of the ocean from the centre Apt. Like a Paradise Island Brochure picture. Bophut was fairly quiet compared with Chaweng Beach. Great for older couples and families. The suite was excellent value for money and I would definetely go back. Very clean, safe and high standard.

The B1 Villa & Spa is in many ways a great place to stay. The rooms are very nice and very big and all in Feng Shui style. Staff and owners are very helpfull and very friendly. They all were in very good mood every day again. They help you out with allmost everything: like renting motorbikes, cars and boats. Also they showed us many local restaurants for good Thai food. They even bought us marchandises from Bangkok. We planned to stay one week, but instead we stayed two. Of course we were happy that it was possible. We strongly recomment this hotel as a nice and quiet stay. And last but not least good value for money. We certainly come back.

The hotel suites were modern, very well maintained and large. The sea view was excellent. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly.They booked tours which we would reccomend as a nice way to see island or surrounding islands and good value and assisted us in every way we asked. The area (bophut) has great varied restaraunts, Thai, English, French, Fusion , Italian (Baia is excellent!!!!)and Indian. We stayed for ten days though it was start of Sept and quiet with a slight dip in weather due to the gradual onset of Monsoon season we had a lovely time and would consider returning if we ever visit Koh Samui again

Very nice hotel and friendly staff! We stayed for one week and were happy to be on BohPuht and not on Chaweng Beach where we used to stay in the beginning of the century. That was a shock! Canary Ilands with crowded charter guests (most of them Swedish..) Fishermen s Village is what Chaweng Beach was 5 - 6 years ago. Better to go to Ao Nang or Koh Lanta - but if you stay in Koh Samui -- avoid Chaweng Beach and book for B1!

Excellent small hotel on Bo Phat beach -rooms are even nicer than web site shows! We had one of the top floor suites [Amber] with a totally private terrace and a view straight out over the beach & ocean below - just gorgeous. Its at the quiet end of Bo Phut beach, so you can easily walk to the restaurants, but don t have any problems with noise. Staff are very helpful & there s free internet if you want to catch up on email. Breakfast is included at one of two local restaurants - Carpe Diem is the better of the two, but be warned they charge for coffee refills We were sad to leave but had a flight to catch - several guests who were there when we were extended their stays they liked it so much... We have just spent the most wonderful 10 days at B1 - from the moment we arrived and were collected at the airport to the time we left the friendliness of the staff was beyond reproach. The apartments were spotless and spacious and the setting just beautiful. Kanya especially is a huge asset to B1 as is her husband who drove us around the island and showed us all the places of interest. My only criticism would be the breakfast arrangement which they have with two neighbouring hotels - it is extremely repetitive and varies (we think) on how the staff feel some days we got a decent plate of fruit - another it looked like it was leftovers! Apart from that our stay was fantastic and we will no doubt return in the next few years. Thankyou all for a wonderful time. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We have just spent the most wonderful 10 days at B1 - the staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. They really cannot do enough for you. The rooms are large and very clean - we stayed on the ground floor in the family suite - the view from the room was fantastic first thing in the morning. We also spent many evenings just outside the room drinking our tipple and just admiring the view. The beach is a little stoney as is the sea - when the tide is out it is almost impossible to swim but location made up for this. The restaurants are all good never had a bad meal all the time we were there. We must just say a huge thankyou to Kanya and her husband who both could not do enough for us - we hired the mini bus and Kanya s husband drove us around the island showing us all the various attractions - Francesco and Sureeva you have an absolute gem of a place - we promise to return in a few years time : Thankyou for a fantastic and peaceful holiday. We had a fine relaxing holiday at Koh Samui s Bophut beach. We stayed at B1 Villa et Spa. Very nice place, large clean suites. We stayed 6 nights at Sapphire suite and 3 nights at Alnitak. Both very nice. The views excellent and beach nice also. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Sailing the catamarane great. Location near the Fisherman village good. We should go there again if we go to Koh Samui.

We were delighted with the Hotel The rooms were very spacious with everything you could want.The view from our balcony of the sea and little islands was perfect.Staff were all very friendly. We found the location to have all we wanted with lovely restaurants on the sea front.

Hats off to Suveera & Franchesco of B1 Villa & Spa. Excelent hotel. We stayed in the Anilam Suite. Although the B/F was served at the addjoining hotel it dint make much of a diffrence. Nice hotel with very large and nice room. People work at hotel charming oan warm, specially Ell who guide us around the island. The place around hotel is rather quiet, but have nice places to eat. Not much to see in walking distance, but can travel by car og bike to Chaweng in 15 minutes for more fun if you like party with music and drinks. Nice view from all rooms at hotel looking at sandy beach/water. Can bath there, but better places 5-10 minutes walk. Maybe not book for long time first time. Better see if Fisherman Village/Bophut is to quit first. The hotel wanted rest-paiment for all week in front when we came, maybe to secure we not change place in midway ? All in all: Very nice hotel 8 of 10 from me.

Fantastic Family Suite. Best feature by far..?, a urinal in the en-suite!!Our lad had his own entrance, so didn t bother us coming back late! Very clean rooms, very attentive staff. Don t be put off by lack of dining room. Breakfast in the hotel next door was fine, and from our room, a slow walk there took literally 15 seconds! Views really good, great to wake up to see the sea. Beach not great though, right next to a small river estuary, so a little cold and cloudy. A plethora of bars and restaurants close by, and if you forget your DJ, worry not; at least 3 tailor shops on the main street!? Would certainly stay again. Thanks to Suveera and all the staff. Incredible location right on the beach. Immaculate room. Great amenities, clean and comfortable. Huge shower. Very quiet. Internet in the room is a plus for those who need to work or just check emails. Great value for the price.

Quite simply an exceptional stay in a wonderfully appointed Hotel. The Mintaka suite was large and roomy with huge bathroom and the service and reception staff could not have been better. The location for my girlfriend and I was perfect away from the tacky excesses of Chaweng, the surrounding Fisherman s Village had a real sense of Euro chic about it....I cannot believe that anyone could fail to be impressed by this wonderful place..Will definitely be returning next year [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

B1 Villa is a couple’s paradise!!! We stayed in 2 different rooms and they both had breathtaking views and gorgeous, huge rooms which also had great sitting areas. The staff are always available, 24/7 and extremely friendly. We had left the hotel to stay on another part of the island, only to return a couple hours later realising that the other options on the island did not live up to the same standards. A beautiful location right on beachfront in quiet spot but within a five minute walk of bars and super places to eat. We had the family suite which was spacious (including two king size beds and two bathrooms) and on the ground floor which was convenient for my 10 year old daughter to go out to the pool and beach. Cleaned thoroughly every day. Not suitable for swimming in sea due to sharp shingle but more suitable a couple minutes walk down the beach. The service was excellent with caring,friendly staff. A unique experience,..well designed ,clean elegant suites with good showers and artful furniture. Personal, friendly and warm service,..have a chat to the simpatico hosts, they will share their experiences on what Samui has to offer. Bophut has charm and character unlike the rowdier places on samui,..but the crowds and crystal clear beaches are only 10min away by jeep ($20 AUD a day).The food we ate (tried four thai beachfront restaurants ) was delicious , served with style and honest pleasure! Highly Recommended and look forward to one day returning.

Warm Hosts , personal and helpful staff, an idyllic fisherman s village. Suites that just feel good with stunning views overlooking Phangan. Very romantic ,the pool/jacuzzi refreshing...we toured the island by jeep,tanned on the beachfront in the afternoon and watched the sun glow over the coconut palms ..enjoyed fine food in the evening,...a gem of a place and we hope to return. The B1 Spa and Villa is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The setting is lovely, the Fishernams village has the feling of a small European town, but has the delights of Thailand. The owner of the Villas Francesco is a very cool guy and has built B1 around principles of chilled ambiance and personal service. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and very nice. I was a little worried about coming back to Samui as I had previously only stayed on Chawang and it was the busy Easter holiday. But B1 and Boport beach have really changed my view, it was very chilled. I will be returning and I highly recomend you stay here.. Oh and I forgot to montion, it is GREAT value for money, suite size rooms for half the price of standard rooms in a big resort up the beach!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

B1 is a fantastic place! It looks good on the website, in reality it´s even better. A most beautiful villa with huge, very comfortable suites, planned according to Feng Shui principles. Very luxurious bathrooms with rain showers, beautiful furniture in the rooms, comfortable beds, CD player. And a georgious seaview ... Everything kept very clean. Nice pools, a floatation tank (an amazing experience) a very relaxing atmosphere. Me and my family (2 adults and 2 children 8 and 11) felt like home in a very positive way. Francesco and Suveera, the owners, were very nice, always ready to help and give advise about whatever we wanted to ask about. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. And then there is the sailing... A perfect environment for sailing, a big bay, steady winds, trimarans easy to sail, great fun! We stayed in B1 for 10 nights. We started there and went back again after a tour to Koh Phangan. We would have stayed longer hadn´t it been fully booked. Actually I can´t find anything that I would have liked to be different. We would absolutely go back! And of course recommend it to anybody who wants a luxurious suite in a peaceful beautiful surrounding. Thank You again for a wonderful time! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

YOU MUST STAY AT THIS HOTEL! This hotel is gorgeous, beautiful style with feng shui principles. the rooms are huge with gorgeous decor as well as huge bathrooms with the best showers and baths. The pools at the hotel are lovely as well as the grounds. Everything is kept spotless and perfect. The property sits in the area of Fisherman s Village which is a wonderfully authentic Thai fishing Village. The village also has great restaurants, Yoga, Organic juice bars and great Massage places. The beach is also lovely. B-1 Spa and Villa is the PERFECT place to be for a truly relaxing, amazing holiday. The owners are wonderful people as well and give personal attention to their guests. me and my girlfriend had a fantastic time at the b1 and couldnt really fault the place.We stayed in room 1 which is the blue one on the photos.It was very spacious and the staff were exellent.Great location in the fishermans village and not too far away from chewang in a taxi.Will go back again no bother.
