The resort is a Nice place and people are smiley and kind people. Services is High and the area is very Nice. We live in surpirbuilding and this have old door and old toilet, wifi was very pure. We cut NOT use wifi on Our 3 room, we have pay for wifi. In reception and pool area was wifi posibli but NOT good. But over all was is very good and very Nice place to stay. Excellent hotel. Perfect location, both when it comes to the beach and town, very friendly staff and clean. We had two bungalows and were traveling with two teenagers and a 2 year old. Hotel is perfect for all ages and the best location on the beach. Restaurant have great food and the breakfast is all you can expect from a 3 star hotel, even a little bit better. We have only good things to say about this hotel and if we go back to Chaweng we would stay here again. Highly recommended. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good hotel with excellent location. The main street is just 50 meters from the lobby, yet the rooms are quiet. No traffic noise, just some music from the beach disco located 200 metres away. Pool area is a bit small, but the beach is wonderful. The restaurant serves excellent food for lunch and dinner, and the breakfast is nice with lots of choices. A great resort in the heart of Chaweng and right on the beach. Hotel staff terrific and always happy to help. Room service outstanding, very clean and well kept. Second time we have stayed here and will be back again. This was the quiet season and never heard any beach party music. Restaurant and bar more expensive than surrounding businesses which is a shame was the only negative. I would have been more prepared to pay reasonable prices here more often if more competative and the resort is lossing out on custom. Still a great location for the white sand holiday.

It was good to be back home at Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa. We feel welcomed as useal. The staff is fantastic both in reception, room mates and in restaurant. We find that the rooms need to be updated with digital devices. The Wi-Fi solution is not good. Does not work 100%. Todays guests expect better internetconnections. At the balconies a fan would be fantastic. You can not use the balcony 100% because of the temperature, which a fan or propell could solve. Sad that you cannot use the fantastic balcony in the evenings. The noiceproblem from the Sound Hotel is a very big problem, that many other guests that we talked with, mentioned as a reason to not visit BCR&S again. We hope the the BCR&S together with other hotels, restaurants and shops will complian to the guvernor and police and make them clear, that many guests will not come back to Samui if the noiceproblem does not stop. So sad. There are many other places to place discoteques as Sound Hotel and Ark Bar. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Our stay at Baan Chaweng was very good. The hotel is located on the very nice beach. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave a top service. Just be prepared that the hotel is also located close to the airport and you will therefore here the planes. For us it was not a problem, but it might be for some people. Enjoyed 7 wonderful days (my wife & me) at Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa - Samui. Beach was well kept, as was the entire resort. Lounging on the beach without a care in the world! Just be ready for very warm afternoons during the month of April, but you can always cool down with a dip in the ocean or pool of with a cool drink.

to stay in Baan Chaweng was my friends recommendation and it was the fantactic stay. We travelled with a big company (tree families) with young and small children and stayed in two hotels - Baan was great - everything on the territory is very close, the beach is one of the best - a lot of shadow, white sand and fantastic sea. After 10 days in Baan we moved to Hansar hotel on Bophut beach, but the beach and sea there was very dissapointing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The Beach area was too small, breakfast i expected something more, there is no even cheese at all. Deluxe Villa was nice but on the night it was still too hot to get normal sleep. The air condition was so noisy that to put work on night. The area ws same too noisy, music stopped aprox. 06.00 am only. Very much was fireworks on the beach and disturb good sleep. Är jättenöjd med den bungalow som vi bodde i.Enormt hjälpsam personal både i reception och övrig servicepersonal inom anläggningen samt i restaurangdel. Bra läge centralt på Chawengstranden och nära till all shopping. We loved the resort! People were so nice! Only issue was the breakfast buffet and restaurant quality could have been better. Food quality not worth the high prices. However, we found great restaurants off the main road that were better quality and prices.

Booking was very easy! However, they should be able to price match when the rates are reduced after booking to be competitive with other websites throughout North America. I think it will help business by adding this benefit and security to customers.

really a good place to stay in koh samui, all in the resort are pretty good,you can enjoy the sunshine when eating breakfast and also beautiful view when sunset, the plant and the design, we live the room very close to the lobby, not far away from the beach and also quite and easy for going out, the people there are nice to us, will come back again and try other room.

We only stay 2 night in Baan Charweng, but every thing is good - Convener place to the Shopping & Food area; few steps to the beach. Nice swimming pool with sea view in the hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The hotelarea was fantastic with a lot of flowers and trees. We had grand deluxe villa near the beach and we enjoyed every minute of the 8 day long vaccation. The breakfastbuffe was excellent and they had everything we wanted.

Great place to stay, the whole family enjoyed every moment. Great choice of rooms category from basic but very comfortable Superior building room to front beach suite. The beach was nice and clean, the hotel pool was also well maintained, it was wonderful for our kds to run back and forth. The staff in the restaurant and beach were super friendly. The reception and spa staff need to cheer up a bit more. The housekeeping ladies were always smiling and cleaned our rooms meticulously. Would defintiely come back [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had a great time at the Baan Chaweng, it was our third stay there and our fourth trip to Thailand. We love the bungalows and the beautiful gardens. The staff are all so helpful and accommodating. Our bed was a little hard for me and all I needed to do was ask and they added more padding. There was more than enough at breakfast and the food during the day and evening was excellent. We will definitely be back. Our only complaint was the WiFi was not included. You could go to a restaurant on the street or beach to eat and Internet was free. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times, but there is no complimentary Internet. It [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We have been here twice before - recommended by friends - staff all remembered us - felt like we were home. It was a very special feeling. They have been renovating - we stayed in unattached bungalow - room was lovely and a good size with comfortable bed. This resort is small, but in a great location on fantastic beach. Sawadee are tried and true. They told us of renovations and we decided to go ahead anyway and they said that if it became a problem they would arrange to move us. Their service is prompt and efficient and always wanting to please.

A beautiful immaculate resort set in lush gadens in the centre of Chewang beach. Beautiful spacious bungalow with all facilities. Lovely restaurant set on the beach.Just few steps takes you to the lovely sandy beach with sun loungers always available. Lovely for children with safe swimmimg. swimming pool immaculate. Would recommend to all.I have visited four times.

Отличный отель, хорошее расположение, сам он не большой, но очень зеленый и уютный. Море временами конечно возле отеля грязновато, но если смотреть влево то там вообще ужас..дамба..из-за нее нет проточности и вся грязь стоит...но баан как раз по середине..тут все более менее нормально.

Breakfast is getting progressively worse and worse each year. There is no much variety at all. Only person who can cook well is the guy who makes omellettes, he is fantastic. But how many omelettes can someone eat. At the end of our stay we felt like we are about to turn into roosters and chooks ourselves. There are a lot of Europeans staying at hotel every year. It s not hard to train ur staff to prepare some simple european meals that are edible, not burnt or overcooked potatoes, horrible beacon, or tasteless sausages. Even separately packed yoghurts with various flavours that my children enjoyed in previous years have also disappeared. We ll have to take our business elsewhere unless breakfast is improved significantly. There are plenty of other hotels in Chaweng Beach that available. So I would like to hear from Baan Chaweng General Manager if he is prepared to address this issue. We have been to this hotel 5 times and it sad to see such a rapid decline. On the positive note: Girl who cleaned our room is absolutely fantastic, efficient and well mannered. Beach attendants and security guards are also very helpful and professional.

Lovely hotel in a nice setting, peaceful and laid back atmosphere. Only drawback is lack of free WiFi, it is the sort of thing you come to expect of a hotel of this calibre. I liked this place and recommend it. The service was excellent. We requested adjoining rooms and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of the rooms. The staff promptly changed the double bed to two singles to accommodate my kids. Even when one of my kids accidentally damaged a fixture the management simply fixed it promptly. The staff were very friendly. Also, the food and beverage prices are quite reasonable compared to some of the other places I visited. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

An absolute GEM!!! We will certainly be back. Location, location, location. The delightful and very helpful staff, the enchanting gardens and pool area, the magic of overlooking the beach whilst enjoying a delicious breakfast or dinner, the generous space in rooms 304 and 305 and the incredible and extremely convenient proximity to cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping (without any of the issues of noise) were all wonderful features of this beautifully Thai establishment. My husband, our three grown children (25, 23 and 20) and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Baan Chaweng Beach Resort and Spa. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the wonderful staff. We traveled with two children of 5 and 7 years, and was very pleased with the hotel and location. The hotel is right in the center with many restaurants, spas and shops. The hotel has a long shallow beach just below the pool with free sun loungers. The hotel has very good food and very good service.

非常好的酒店！愉快的住宿体验！前台人员总是面带微笑热情友好彬彬有礼，酒店像个热带花园，绿树葱茏，鸟语花香。房间挺大，还带很大的阳台。位置极佳，海滩闹市均近在咫尺。稍有不足的是浴室设施稍显陈旧，早餐不过不失，没什么惊喜，标准间的电视也很古老。 [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

I paid for the services of the hotel that I did not receive. At first I paid for the first consolidated check. After 20 minutes staff gave me a second check for payment, which did not contain dates of service and my visa. Staff could not say the date of service. I know that I did not receive these services. We had an amazing holiday. The property was fantastic, beautiful location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach infront of the resort was the best spot on the whole beach from what we could see. Hope to return to Koh Samui, and will definately be staying here again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The loud noise of the fireworks late at night was a big problem! Couldn t sleep. Towels need to be changed they are worn out. Rates are overpriced for a 3star hotel. But overall I like the hotel and this was my 4th visit to it. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Thailand. Staff friendly and very helpful, rooms immaculate, clean, AC works great, prime location on Chawenge Beach, food great, drink and bar staff brilliant, lovely pool, great massages and spa area. Will definately go back in the future, just a shame we only stayed 3 nights, went so fast :)

Отель очень понравился, расположен в шаговой доступности от магазинов, рестранов и т.п. Територия ухоженная, моного зелени, цветов. Хороший пляж, море. Мы жили в обычном номере на 2 этаже, есть все необходимое. Завтраки в ресторане тоже хорошие. Минус только в том, что интернет платный и качество связи ужасное. Nice resort on a nice stretch of beach. Stayed in the building with a row of rooms. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Hotel is located almost directly across from Soi Green Mango. Very nice place next to the beach. Good breakfast bufee appiciated by both us and the kids. The pool and beach facilities are just perfect. One big dissapointment is hourly charged WiFi.

the location of this resort is very good every things within walking distance, there is noice at night from the night clubs and bars up on the main road very very loud music until 5 am but once you in the room hardly hear it, the baan chaweng resort has a beautiful garden and has it own beach front, the swimming pool is small but ok and staffs are very friendly we ate at the hotel every night food ok and reasonble price, the room a bit dark but clean only negative is breakfast not many choices and need improve up to it resort rating, overall we like baan chaweng resort and will stay again if we are in koh samui [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отличный отель, мы там отдыхали уже два раза. Номера чистые, в хорошем состоянии. Номера в здании больше чем в простых бунгало. Уборка ежедневно, приветливый персонал. Пляж хороший, в море камней нет. Расположен удобно, в шаговой доступности вся движуха чавенга, но сам отель тихий. Завтраки вполне достойные. Интернет только по wi-fi. Отлично отработали, второй раз заказываем через них, т.к. сам отель продает по более вымоким ценам и не торгуется. Был косяк с одним бесплатным днем, который нам не дали, но мы заранее не предупредили что он нам нужен, так что в целом не считаю за серьезный косяк.

Добрый день всем, кто читает этот отзыв. Отель очень даже замечательный, сказать что-то плохое про него немогу, т.к. и нечего , тихий, спокойный отельчик, очень даже зеленый , брали стандартный номер на втором этаже, т.к. у него есть балкон, на первом этаже его по сути нет ,просто площадочка с двумя стульями и маленьким столиком через которую вы будете заходить в номер, т.к. вход только один. Сперва рассматривали бунгало ,но потом решили не брать и правильно сделали, т.к. бунгало которые расположены в середине стояли четко напротив нашего номера и как мне показалось даже размером были такие же и самое глвное, до моря идти было ровно минута, что из номера, что из бунгало, т.к. отель в длинну метров 200, то сами понимаете, максимально долго ити к морю можно с ресепшена, 3 минуты:) Еда в целом нормальная, обедать можно смело, разница в ресторане отеля и ресторане на улице рублей 20-50, смотря что кушать, в среднем на двоих чек был с пивом(1 бут.) руб 400-500, при этом наедались от души.. Если кого то беспокоет, есть ли там отливы, т.к. отель стоит на самом стыке мест где есть отливы и где их нет, если смореть карту отливов, то их там нет, максимум море уйдет метра на три, но при этом плавать можно спокойно, мин. глубина которая там была это полтора метра, это самый худший расклад.. По итогу прошлись по всему чавенгу и пришли к выводу, что это самое удачное место: отель+его качество+территория+пляж+цена. Когда улетали, заказали такси до аэропорта на ресепшене, цена на улице 300 бат(300руб.) отельная машина с фирменным лого отеля стоила тоже 300 бат, в итоге только спокойствие, что машина будет точно и во время... По этому все кто рассматривает этот отель, можете ехать смело, отель тихий и уютный... особенно если будете в межсезонье , отель был заполнен на половину, русских видели три пары в том числе и мы, в сезон на центральной улице чавенга походу не протолкнуться:) но если вас это не смущает, как говориться вперед и с песней на отдых!:) Всем удачи и хорошего отдыха!!! Thanks to the lovely people of the hotel and especially Lai we had a great stay at Baan Chaweng. The beach and the hotel was great but we didn t like the very busy shoppingstreet. It was to busy and killed the holiday experience. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Мы были с 16.10. по 25.10 Море и пляж отличные Завтраки относительно разнообразные. Всегда хватало.Есть и мясо,и овощи, и фрукты.Расположение - прямо в центре всех развлекательных мест(кафе,рестораны,массажные салоны, шоппинг,дискотеки), но шума от всего этого слышно не было. Из недостатков, если это можно назвать недостатками : маленький бассейн ( при наличии такого моря он просто не нужен), шумный кондиционер (но хорошо охлаждающий) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Its a good resort, nice location on Chaweng Beach. Negatives are food is very expensive in the resort, and they charge for any extras like Ice or wi-fi. My room AC was not so good, some of their AC s are old and needs replacement.

Our 4th stay at this hotel and again this was fantastic. Rooms have had a small refurb since our stay last year, new paint and art work. Staff are so lovely and very helpful. I needed to see a doctor during our stay and they went above and beyond by driving me to the hospital for no cost. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Отель выбирали по отзывам. Расположение на первой линии в самом центре Чавенга, что очень удобно как для тусовочного отдыха (близкое расположение к основным тусовочным ресторанчикам и барам), так и спокойного (расположение самого отеля в тихой зоне). В номере есть все необходимое. Уборка производилась ежедневно, почти каждый день меняли постельное белье. Очень приятный персонал. В день заселения нам сделали «комплимент» от отеля в виде корзиночки с фруктами (что было очень приятно). А в мой день рождения (совпало с датой приезда) подарили торт (сервировав столик для чаепития в номере). Завтрак в удобное время (с 7 до 10.30) в ресторанчике на берегу моря. Над отелем проходит воздушный путь местных авиалиний, но это не мешает, так как в номерах хорошая звукоизоляция, днем так же не вызывает раздражения или неудобства. Жили в бунгало рядом с пляжем. На берегу шезлонги и зонтики (бесплатные), тут же можно заказать обед, напитки и т.д. (для удобства принесут маленький столик), песочный чистый пляж, хорошее дно (без камней). Бассейн так же рядом, можно отдыхать у бассейна, а купаться в море (расстояние - 5 ступенек :)). С погодой тоже повезло. Отличное солнце (немного пасмурно, но ни загорать, ни наслаждаться природой не мешает). Каждый вечер, после 17.00 шел ливень, но дискомфорта не было, поскольку был непродолжительный. Сравнивая «сезоны» декабрь – январь и май-июнь, второй значительно лучше. Море теплое, спокойное и можно плавать на глубину. Отдыхающих значительно меньше, а значит тише (большая часть гостей были иностранцы). Отдых прошел отлично. Особо приятно, что при планировании отпуска не было никаких проблем. Консультанту Asiahotels.ru были озвучены сроки и пожелания, и все получилось, наверное, даже лучше чем самостоятельная поездка (в 2010 году). Из общения с другими туристами, сделала вывод, что через Антона нам отдых обошелся наиболее выгодно и комфортно, за что ему большое СПАСИБО! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good spot very central 2nd stay at this hotel. One problem still charging for the Internet . Every morning when I had to do my business mail I would walk out of the hotel go to any coffe shop buy my coffee and get my mail for free. It was not our first time at this hotel and it was equal good stay as last time two years ago. Friendly staff with good english knowledges. Only thing we asked for first floor at our booking but there was non. But our son in law did get one of this rooms but he had problems with the AC and bad smell from toilet. Nothing was done even after complaining but maby it´s because the higher level that all off this rooms have that problems. Other years we stayed in deluxe bungalows and at ground floor in the buildings and never had problems with AC or bad smells. However we will love to return because we like the location for shopping and party, the food in the restaurang and the friendly staff!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отель очень понравился. Ожидали проще. Территория достаточно большая и очень ухоженная и уютная. Номера приятные, только полотенца до 15.07.11 были старыми, а потом стали приносить новые. Завтраки скромные. В ресторане сок фрэш- это нужно несколько раз объяснять, и получается 220 батт, безольда. Вообще ресторан не дешевый, но в общем нормально готовят. Море у отеля прозрачное. И мелкое - великолепно для деток. Пляж хороший, классные фикусы дают тень и приютили белок. Мои детки полюбили эт отель. Были в Жасмине на Ламае - этот лучше, даже если еда и номера здесь проще. Но атмосфера отеля, море, пляж, территория и близость всего, но при этом уединенность - все понравилось! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very nice hotel.Great quiet location but still right in the middle of the action. We have 2 teen aged boys so we requested two bungalow s side by side. Perfect for us and very close to beach, pool (small) and restaurant (food great). Will stay here again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Hotel was good, quick check in, handy to all amenities, we paid a little extra for a bungalow which was the wrong thing to do as the hotel rooms were larger, the bungalows had nowhere to put your luggage. Rooms were clean, food and service was great, right in the action of Chaweng on the beautiful stretch of beach. Lots of sun lounges. Fireworks go off during the night, the last lot at 12pm which can be a bit annoying. Hotel was lovely with pretty gardens. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Our second stay in this resort and another great holiday.Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good,and we had all our lunches in the restaurant as well.The price of all meals was good and the food was very tasty.The resort was very clean and tidy.Overall very good value for money,and we ll be back.

We enjoyed staying at Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa. The staffs are helpful. The room is clean, not too closed to each other with nice garden and easy to reach the places for eating. We will come back again.

It was nice to be back home at Baan Chaweng. The hole staff is fantastic, always smiling and serviceminded.It was our 4th stay at Baan Chaweng and all our expectations was full filed. Baan Chaweng is Paradise on Earth.

pros: the place is quite nice,tranquil and all green. It s in a really nice part of Chaweng. the room is large. The reception works efficiently and if you want to have good Thai food lunch or dinner you can definitely eat at the hotel s restaurant. I was upgraded from a superior to deluxe building room ,which was quite surprising as they were fully booked. they have a really nice shower room where if you come before check-in you can have a shower. cons:the water pressure was terrible. sometimes it seemed to me as if I was standing under the leaking pipe. I ve stayed at much cheaper places in Samui and have NEVER faced such a problem. Besides,there are no umbrellas on the beach. So as I sunburn very quickly I never stayed there and went to a really nice hotel of my friends buri rasa village . the cleaning is nice but they often forgot about the dust. just for fun I and my friends wrote on the dusty mirror wash me and it was cleaned 3 days later. This was our second stay at Baan Chaweng after 3 years and again we loved it. Breakfast variety and quality was above average. Other meals taken at the reataurant were very good and reasonably priced. My boys aged 10 and 7 loved the pool and beach. For shopping along Chaweng beach road the location is excellent.

Pros: -the room is in a central location on beach--close to shopping and retautants -close to the party Bar Ark Bar Resort which has awesome food and great party in wednesday nights. -restaurant staff are great -beach front location is beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs CONS: rooms are small -beds are terrible-hard and springy -desk staff could be better -too close to Party bar with firworks going off late at night.

Свой отзыв хочу начать с огромной благодарности Антону Соколову (сайт AsiaHotels.ru) в организации бронирования авиа билетов, стыковки внутреннего рейса на о.Самуй и подборе отеля. В Тайланде были второй раз, первый раз в 2010 году на о.Пхукет, а в этом году на о.Самуй - с 07 по 20 марта. Первый раз путешествовали самостоятельно, минуя турфирмы. Мужу 50 мне 48, с языками не дружим, но рискнули. Я, через сайт обратилась к Антону Соколову с просьбой, оказать помощь в бронировании авиабилетов до Бангкока, затем состыковать рейс на о.Самуи, т.к мы не планировали посетить Бангкок, подобрать отель и организовать трансфер до отеля с русскоговорящим гидом. Буквально за два дня с момента моего обращения на сайт, получила предложения и по билетам и по отелям. Что меня больше всего поразило - это цены. Цена тура получилась ровно на половину дешевле, по сравнению с туроператорами! Например, все те же параметры я забила у Натали тур и удивилась, разница ровно на половину. Рейсы были состыкованы так четко, что нам не пришлось мучительно маяться в ожиданиях в аэропорту. Разница между рейсами была 3 часа, за это время не спеша, прошли все процедуры по паспортному контролю и получению багажа, по прилету на остров нас ждал водитель, который благополучно доставил нас в отель. Теперь про отель. Отель, который нам предложил Антон, расположен на пляже Чавенг, в самом центре местечка - это очень удобно. Пляж очень красивый с белым песком. Отель стоит на самом берегу. Очень уютный, чистенький отель. Территория зеленая, очень ухожая. Номера чистенькие, если написано в рекламе отеля, что белье меняют через день, то меняли постель через день, четко, уборка и полотенца каждый день. Завтраки европейские, ресторан стоит у самого пляжа. Очень удобно, что отель находится в самом центре местечка, вся развлекаловка, рестораны, рынки - рядом!!! Отель расположен метров на 30 вглубь от основной инфраструктуры, поэтому там тихо и спокойно. Остров очень красивый с пышной природой. На острове есть что посмотреть и сафари шоу, и водопады, и прекрасные морские прогулки, развлечений хватит на людей разных возрастов и разных вкусов. Поездка мне очень понравилась, я в восторге. the location of the hotel is great. although @ night, the noise from the ark bar was a bit hectic. we upgraded to the grand deluxe villa which is is a different league to the other rooms. overall, a great hotel

Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa was brilliant, the rooms were all well presented and clean. The staff were fantastic and the setting was lovely.
