I am a old customer of this hotel and I always I hosted there. I am very disgusting with the hotel bad manners. There are always parked one or two cars at the entrance of the hotel (next to the stairs) making it difficult for guests to pass by .

Great stay in my holidays, as well. Only a comment, I don t think that parking in main entrance of the resort (Mercedes Benz and BWV) owner s cars is a good practice because dificult the customers entrance to the resort. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Excellent beach restaurant and swimming pool! impressive hotel environment, nice take-away breakfast for early leaving guest. little bit dirty around private beach. room facilities need to be improved, it s crazy that shower water can t be adjusted to suitable temperature in three days! no towel shelves. room service is also no better than cheaper hotel booked in samui. always forget room supplies. Very nice clean hotel on the best part of Chaweng beach with a fantastic pool and good service. Very good breakfast-buffé. The room (poolside) was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom.

Room was very clean, stayed here for 11 days, breakfast was ok, hotel management should place more beds on the beach, and do something about the put the towel on the bed and its yours for the rest of the day culture, some of the, mainly german, people used the beds in the afternoon while putting the towels on the beds early in the morning! Overall we will come back here.

Free upgrade to the pool room, the hotel will have a private swimming pool, the pool is 2 steps to Chaweng beach, go out to the Chaweng street is also very convenient, the restaurant on the beach, facing the sea very cozy breakfast!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Das Zimmer war sehr groß uns sauber genau wie der Rest der Anlage. Der Strandabschnitt vor dem Hotel ist auch ein sehr schöner, einer der schönsten am Chaweng Beach

Very good Resort. It has swimming pool and private beach. It is away from center but not far. There are many restaurants and shops there, like Family Mart and 7-11, also travel agencies... It is a quiet place but very convenient. The food in the restaurants of its own is also good and inexpensive. A very nice choice for tourists with Children.

good breakfast: more choice and selection for salty breakfast rather than for sweet breakfast (European style), however very good service. the room was very wide and clean, towels are changed every day and a beach towels set in a nice bag is provided each day! very vey nice. Our room was around the pool and was recently renovated, in a modern and nice style! Personnel staff very nice, expecially in the Restaurant/bar, where the waiters are very polite. More sunchairs in the beach should be added. The stray dogs in the beach area and sometimes also around the swimming pool could be annoying, but this is a problem present in all the island. We loved that place and will certainly come there again. We strongly recommend this structure. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Was here 97-98 today most tourists are Russians and conditions are generally poor on all fronts at Samui. The location is one of the better ones and it’s too costly for the standard. They have a small bug problem but that’s not so bothering. The worst is their lies straight up our faces and dishonesty several times when we try using their service. As example Carmelyn Layson office manager told that Sawades hired pickup service “Supansa Travel and Tour” is a Mafia organization and going to charge more than agreement. That’s why we tried their service but instead they charge more with different kind of lies. Is ok to only stay here for a night or two and always take a receipt even if they don’t like it. Whatever you do DO NOT use their other services like tours or hire cars etc. because they lie and are extreme expensive. Instead look around. This dishonesty took lot of time of our vacation that´s why we had to give the lowest rate.

Everything was nice. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Big swimming pool. Everything was great except one moment. We booked taxi transfer from hotel to airport for 4-30 am at hotel s reception and paid it in advance. At departure day we were waiting about 20 min but taxi didn t come. We were close to miss our flight. Luckily we catch tuck-tuck (at 4 in a morning there not much taxi on the street). The same happened with our friends. Dont order anything on reception or don t pay in advance.

Отличный отель, недавно сделан ремонт. Бассейн огромный и удобно сделан. Номера уютные чистые. Сам отель очень хорошо расположен, в дали от суматохи и шума. I did a booking only for 4 nights in the beginning but in the end we have decided to stay 9 nights as we really loved Baan Talay!!! The location is perfect, noisy part of Chaweng beach but still close to the centre. All the stuff is very kind, polite and able to help with everything. Rooms are very clean and stylish decorated. Stayed in the pool view room for 6 nights in February 2012. Absolutely loved it! Fantastic value for a beautiful room right on the beach! Staff were great, complimentary breakfast was good too. Pool and beach view rooms highly recommended over garden view, as they have recently been renovated.

Bokade med trädgårdsutsikt men blev uppgraderade till ett nyare rum men med utsikt mot en mur. Utsikten trist men vi valde att ta rummet för det var nytt och fräscht. All personal var vänlig och tillmötesgående men restaurangpersonalen pratade dålig engelska och var lite förvirrade. Det tog ofta lång tid innan de kom med menyn och tog upp beställningar. Poolen bra men hysterisk handduksutläggning på morgonen av främst tyska turister. Stranden framför vit och fin så badet var bra. Vi har en treårig pojke och små barn kan inte bada utan att man håller i dem hela då havet är livligt och mycket strömt. Det blir djupt direkt när man går i vattnet. Stilen på hotellet är inte typisk Thailändsk utan man har valt en lite stramare stil. Härliga liggbäddar i restaurangen vända ut mot havet. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good location on Chaweng Beach. The AC in the room made us use earplugs because of the noice. The rooms were ok (garden view) but not great. Ok poolarea but with Chaweng right outside we didn´t use the pool at all. The restaurang is located just beside the Chaweng beach with a stunning view. The breakfast was excellent, buffé, but the eveningmeals we had were taken in Chaweng town right outside the hotel. Internet access is available, but they charge you for about 1THB/minute even thoug you have your own laptop. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
