We loved our stay at Bill Resort and would like to thank all the personnel and management there: you made our stay great thanks to your friendly and helpful attitude and a relaxed atmosphere. We would recommend your hotel to friends with pleasure. The only things for improvement: better care for the garden (not to collect fallen leaves for soil fertilizing and flowers growing), some refurbishment of the buildings and less dogs in the swimming area on the beach. All the best!

Very good choice. Better to book for bungalow at see level,otherwise you ll have to climb stairs everyday to get to Restaurant, beach, pool. As usual resort in thailand, very poor for maintenance of facilities and bungalows.

Pros: Great bungalows, cozy territory in thai jungle style, friendly staff, great room service, good breakfast. And two free bottles of water daily. Cons: Hotel s beach is too small (50m) and barely usable for swimming due to many sharp underwater rocks. However, if you go 100m left or right, you ll find excellent sand beach with good entrance to water. Also, all standard bungalows are located up on a high hill, and you ll have climb very hard to return to your bungalow from the sea or restaurant. If you don t like to climb, take superior bungalows next to the pool on the sea level. Overall - not the best hotel in Lamai, but very good for its money. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Toooo many russian with no control over their children. Pool okey, the beach is okswim and good for snorkeling. Do not eat at the restaurant. Go next door. Better food og good price.

Thank you for your interest in our experiences with Bill Resort, Koh Samui. Unfortunately some things failed. Nobody picked us up at the airport an we had to pay a TAXI from and to the airport - each for 700.- Baht - while we booked with pickup-service. The staff at the reception didn´t speak English very good so it was difficult to communicate and some of the ladies were very unfriendly. The treated guest, which booked over Sawadee, like guest second class. The first two nights we had to sleep in a room which only costs 1.700.- Baht. They didn´t care well the environment. Everywhere layed wrotten things under the bungalows, in the garden and on the beachside. We paid more to Sawadee! But the room service all the time was excellent!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We enjoyed staying at Bill resort 14 days. Many thanks to all staff, service is very good, all people very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mrs. Bee! Hotel is very quiet, territory is big and picturesque, many trees and palms, ponds with fishes and frogs were so beautiful in spite of mosquitos - we had a little problem with them before we buy OFF. Beach was very clean and beautiful, the water was crystal clear that season, even after rains. Medusas caused us some discomfort some days but it was also ok and not the fault of Bill resort :) Hotel is not far from the center of Lamai with restaurants, shops and bars - it is in 7-8 minutes walk trough the beach or 10-12 minutes walk along the road. I think, Bill resort has the best quality-price ratio on Lamai. The pool was so good! And it is great that you can use it any time you want! Water temperature was also perfect - a bit colder and refreshing than the seawater, but warm enough to let the children play in pool long time. Breakfast was good, the time from 7 till 10:30 was always enough. It was a bit unvaried but always fresh and tasty. I hope to visit this nice hotel again next year. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Grei resort for prisen. Rom 109 var flott!! Frokosten helt grei, men spis hos naborestauranten for lunsj og middag. Bedre mat der. Bassenget var fint, boblebadet var deilig og ellers helt OK. Stranden er kornete og steinete, men du kan fint snorkle rett utenfor. Fikk sett cuttelfish og andre flotte fiskearter :) En liten kort gåtur langs hovedveien og du er på walkingstreet på 5 min. Ingen bråk om natten borsett fra frosker om du får en bungalow med vanndam. Kommer mest sannsynlig tilbake til denne resorten om vi får rom 109 :)

spent about 15 nights here, good location, it s not far from shopping/dinnig street. Travel agency at the recepcion, safety box big enought, everyday bottle of water for person, i can recommend this hotel.

On a pris 3 chambres standard plus un bungalow standard. Taille des chambres ok par contre la décoration et les équipements ont besoin d être rénové en urgence. Si non les personnels sont serviables et sympathiques. Concernant l emplacement de l hôtel. Il se situe vers la fin la fin de la plage lamai très loin du centre ville mais près des fameux rochers grand père et grande mère. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Bungalows sind renovierungsbedürftig, bei längerem Regen läuft Wasser an der Wand herunter und im Bad tropft das Wasser von der Decke habe 3 mal reklamiert nichts wurde repariert und der Bungalow stinkt nach Schimmel [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questo resort. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!! La posizione è meravigliosa, su una spiaggia tranquilla ma a pochi passi dal centro di lamai. Il personale è molto gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Koh Samui tornerei senza dubbio qui!!

Все понравилось. Комнаты New Deluxe Bungalo чистенькие, никакой живности(муравьев или прочего) не наблюдалось. на крыльце даже бывало ловил Wifi из лобби. Убирались по вывеске (хоть каждый день) недостаток только один, что по лестнице приходилось спускаться к бассейну, ресторану и морю, но это особенность рельефа. До центральной(развлекательной) улице Lamai пешком мин 15-20. Персонал приветливый установили нам доп. кровать. Прямо перед вылетом добавился 1 взрослый. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The hotel, the rooms and the facilities weren t really clean. The personal at the reception couldn t help us with some problems we had with our flight back home, and they charged a complete whole additional night included breakfast for leaving the room at afternoon.

Bills Resort was phenomenal! When I return to Samui, this will be my first and only choice to stay. Its a short walk down the beach for some shopping, or the nightlife. But that was just fine with me. Food was also very good...

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 25 августа по 5 сентября 2011 г. Отель супер, все очень понравилось. При заселение ни каких проблем не было, не считая только, что мы заказывали superio room, а предложили нам standart room, мы не много повозмущались и нам дали семейный номер, огромное бунгало с огромной кроватью, ванной и дополнительной кроватью и красивой верандой. Каждый день нам убирали номер. В номере, в ванной комнате были муравьи и иногда не было горячей воды.Что касается завтрака , нам понравилось.Хотя завтраки были однообразные,омлет, сосиски ,салаты из макорон и картофеля, булочки и фрукты. Персонал очень приветливый, все улыбаются и стараются сделать отдых не забываемым. Бассейн чистый,и водичка там очень теплая и совсем не пахнет хлоркой. Что касается места расположения,отель находится не далеко от центральной улицы пляжа ламай и в 5 мин от камней дедушки и бабушки. Вообщем расположение отличной. ВСЕМ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ !!! We liked the Hotel that we actually stayed an extra 4 nights. Majority of the rooms were up the hill, which means over 60 steps or a very steep slope down to the beach, pool and restaurant. Due to the floods the entrance onto the beach was very difficult. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This resort is not new. The vegetation/garden is very nice. Bungalows/Restaurant: You get the impression that it is maintend but no money is spend to keep it in very good shape. A lot of rooms and bungalows have no view. It means you will have a view on the roof of the bungalow in front of you. We had quiet a lot of mosquitos. The AC is too loud in the night. The beach is very nice. The pool is nice and very clean. But ervery morning you have to reserve your place. There are not enough sunbeds and covers. The covers are mostly old and dirty. The breakfast ist good. The waiters are very nice. The reception people is nice (normally). We got a problem with the resort traveller agent. We booked a tour to the national park (with snorkeling and kayaking). The weather was so bad (rain and big waves) that is was not possible to get all what the tour promissed. So we stayed at home. The traveller agent didn´t gave us our money back. Even the chief of reception and his girls made no effort. At least we expected to get 80% form 3000 Baht back! Bad experience! A clean if aging scattering of bungalows tucked away at the south end of Lamai beach. If chilling out is what you wish for this could fill the bill. The staff are efficient and friendly and there is an excellent restaurant ( with the exception of the dreaded western breakfast which is included in the cost of the room. The only other drawback is the precipitous (in wet weather potentially lethal) path leading from the top to the bottom of the resort. I had a great stay. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

I hated this place. The staff were just horrible. Its a typical money grabbing joint. The pool is horrible, you are better off swimming in the Ocean, as I did. The food poor quality. But the staff, horrible, unhappy individuals, who hate serving us white folk with money.

Quite good, although I had a shower for midgets. Most staff friendly. Service in restaurant a little slow after recieving food. Very clean staff clean evry morning including pool. Food a little expensive in comparison to other beach front restaurants next door. Nice and quite not too near liami town but close enough fro a 10 minute walk. Very nice, very clean, very friendly. The room was a bit dark though at night, you needed to switch on all the energy saving lights. Pool and restaurant very nice, the breakfast was also very good. Location is good, close to post office, about 1 km walk to the start of the shopping/party mile, yet very calm directly at the beach.

We arrived at the resort on the 11.11.2009. We moved into a family bungalow, wich was actually overpriced,clean, but for the standard not good enough. TV was not working. Only one bathroom was working too.AC in one room failed on the next day. Fishy smell from the fishpond next to the bungalow and also lots of moscitos. There are lots of newer bungalow but up the hill. The ones near the pool have seen beter days. The first night i broke my middle bone of my right leg.The next morning i was trying to get a ride to the hospital in Chaweng. The first thing they said was book a taxi for 500 THB or walk to the road to get a public one That was at least something what should not happen. We all felt pissed off, thinking get out off this place immediately. During our 4 days stay they were repairing the bar next to the pool. So there wasn´t a quiet minute at all.The food we had was not very good either and so we walked next door for dinner which was actually lots better and at least half price. We stayed there about 4 times within the last 10 years, but we will not return,this is for shure. Sorry to say that but we were not happy with the way they treat their guests.This is wy we left one day earlier even the following night was payed.Didn´t got any refund. After ten nights in a Superior Building room at Bill Resort I m ready to return. The natural wood and rattan decor complimented the natural greenery. Beautiful geckos and frogs out at night. Great restaurant with seaviews. Really friendly staff. Great value.

Bill s resort is a nice quiet place where to enjoy the beautiful Lamai Beach. The location of the resort is perfect for its easy access to the beach, though few minutes away from the center. Rooms are nice and cleaned. Service of the resort could be improved.

very good hotel. the reception helped me a lot. people at there are very nice. but the location is a little hard to get to (both the island and the hotel..), if you are not by a taxi or minibus to there. the sea is good also. only thing that pitful is the sand -- a little harder than I expected. any way, is t a good choice to go to Koh Samui and stay in Bill Resort.

Best resort around. Many trees and flowers, great swim pool. Friendly personnel. Some problems was with water heater in bungalow, but repaired quickly. Вig thanks to tour agent at reception. Breakfast is good. My family are happy. Note that rate for Deluxe Bungalow is for two peoples, extra bed for children. Second children required another extra bed. Not clear in description. Nice location on Lamai beach. Fast descending shoreline, you can swim in the ocean the whole day unlike Chaweng beach which is very shallow on low tide. Close to few beach restaurants. The personnel is very friendly. Good breakfast, and good a la carte restaurant. We stayed in 3 types of rooms: 1) New Deluxe Bungalow. Nice interior, but too far from the beach and facilities. You have to climb up the hill to get from ocean/pool/restaurant. When we first checked in I killed a giant cockroach in the bathroom, but that was the first & the last time. 2) Superior room - that was okay but I didn t notice anything superior . The bathroom was very small and shower was too close to the toilet. 3) Standard bungalow. Very close to the beach and facilities. Interior is quite old, but that didn t bother us. Best value for the money. Negatives: There s no Wi-Fi internet. Sometimes from some places at the resort you can access Orchid Suites network but that is not reliable. The computers in internet room are old and slow and infected with viruses. The printer was not working and no one could help us when we needed to print air e-tickets so I had to research and install drivers..and all that time I was charged. The reception personnel trying to cheat. One of the guys forgot to mark that we paid for the room in advance so on checkout we had to search for the bill to prove that! The other lady was trying to charge 600 baht for the airport taxi even though the price paper before her was clearly saying 500 baht. Overall I would recommend Bill Resort if you are looking for a cheap beach-front resort. It is worth the money. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We didn t enjoy our time here and feel we wasted these days. Unfortunately we booked because it was listed in Lonely Planet. If you look around, you can find much, much better places for the same price or less. We ended our stay on Koh Samui at a gorgeous resort that was cheaper than this place. Also, the town of Lamai iteself is a seedy dump. What s my beef with this place? Ok, first I have to say that the staff was very nice and the rooms were kept clean. However, this was far outweighed by all the negatives. First of all we had a New Deluxe Bungalow that wasn t deluxe, wasn t new at all (was in fact a bit tired), and doesn t really look as nice as the pics on the web. Disappointing. Cable TV? Well, if you don t speak German, there is only Bloomburg financial channel in English and once in a while a boring German news program will be broadcast in English. The pool is not as big as it looks in the web pic (think they used a wide-angle lens), everything is crowded down there and there are noisy children about. Furthermore, forget about getting a beach chair. We were there for 2 days and didn t manage to get one. Why? The place is mainly visited by Germans and they play their little game of getting up early and leaving their towels laid out on the chairs to reserve them, returning hours later to actually use the chairs. So you unless you do the same, you will go out to a beach with all the unused chairs (at least half of them by mid-late morning) covered by towels and you are absolutely out of luck unless you want to steal a reserved chair and have a later confrontation with its owner. Not really a nice atmosphere. Furthermore, there certainly aren t enough chairs to begin with, for high season. In our 2 days, we never managed to snag one. Well, we did wisely use our second day to hunt for a new place to stay. Until maybe in the later afternoon there is no shade from the coconut trees that you could spread your towel under, and even then you would have to worry about one falling on your head as they were not de-coconutted (I also saw a woman and her young daughter almost hit by a large heavy palm frond that made a huge sound as it hit the sand, they would have been injured). So it will be scortching sun for you, my friend, or no beach usage at all. Also, the beach itself is not very nice. I don t know what snorkeling people are talking about - I had my gear and saw maybe 4 boring fish, that s it. And definitely no coral. The restaurant had ok food but was overpriced. It would be nice if they would turn down the volume of the music. Breakfast was not so great. Water was really overpriced too. The place has an internet area, but it too is overpriced. What I didn t like most, I guess, was the prevading sense of cheapness of the place, and the feeling of being had. Bill (if that is who owns the place)could offer DVDs and players for rent. The sign posted proudly in the bedroom with the dire warning of a large fine for taking your bath towel outside was not nice. The sun unbrellas advertising Western Union with Bill s Resort stenciled on them were tacky. The showerhead holder placed at knee level (to make people take shorter showers?) was bizarre. If you stay here you ll begin to notice other little signs of cheapness too; the feeling I got there was that Bill is just out to mint money and doesn t care much about his guests. Seriously, look around and find a nicer place. I feel that we wasted not only our money, but 2 days of our trip. Perhaps the people posting good reviews of this place aren t aware of the better places for the same or lesser prices. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Bill Resort à Samui. L hotel est situé dans un site trés calme sur Lamaï beach. Confortable et bien situé, cet hotel devrait faire un effort sur ses petits déjeuners, trop souvent les denrées sont froides. C est dommage car le personnel est agréable et efficace. We re 4 persons, all is satified dring our stay with Bill Resort. the resort is in rather good location, quiet and easy to reach commerical area. Service is good and the staff is cheerful and polit. The receptists(day and night shifts)are very helpful informative. The dinner in their restaurat was really good tasty and reasonable priced. We paid 1000 THB for a standard room incl b fast, which was good value during the high season. I just have a small complaint on the shower, the water running was too slow. It needs to be improved. Paradise on earth. Very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfasts. Located in a more calm part of Lamai but within walking-distans to Lamai center. With its low prices and the location almost on the beach you couldn´t come closer to reel paradise. I will definantly stay here again if I ever come back to Koh Samui and Lamai.

Great location and beach, not as many vendors bothering you as in Chaweng, close to Grandfather/Grandmother rocks, so a little far down on Lamai. Decent rooms and a good breakfast spread. However, the staff was not very helpful and tended to be rude at times. All day trips booked there must be paid in cash in advance, instead of accepting credit cards as well, which was inconvenient. Would stay in the area again but not at this property.

Our Deluxe Bungalow it was really close to the beach. It is an essential room (without a closet) but clean. Staff was friendly. There is an office on reseption that help you to choose the best tour. Not much choose for the breakfast.

Hi, wir hatten 2 Superior buildung rooms nebeneinander da wir als Familie mit 2 kindern reisten. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, der Pool super und der Garten wunderschön gewachsen. Der Strandabschnitt vor der Anlage ist wohl der schönste am Lamai, da dort große Felsen rumliegen und er nicht zu voll mit Touris ist. Der Sand ist etwas grobkörnig. i found NO fault with the bill resort whatsoever, i messed up on the booking times and the staff at the bill were more than helpful with accommadating me and my wife and 2 other friends in a nice upgrade for the extra 2 nights. the staff in reception were polite , plesent and friendly at all times,the resteraunt staff were also extremely helpfull and the service was 110%. the next time we stay on koh samui we will definitely be staying at the bill resort . oh i must not forget to mention (NAH) the slayer of the hill,there is a very steep hill down to the pool, resteraunt area which (NAH) will gladly transport you from top to bottom and vise versa, onboard his trusty old golf trolley. a big thankyou to evryone at the bill resort for making our first trip anywhere such an easy and enjoyable time miss you all ivan and julie

Bill Resort was lovely - the rooms where nice and clean, the staff were friendly, it s right on the beach, the pool was nice but Lamai is horrible. Full of grotty bars and not at all safe for a girl on her own. Nowhere to go in the evening, or in the daytime and a taxi ride into Chaweng is expensive. Would be much better off getting a place in Chaweng which I ended up doing for my last few nights. The actual resort is really nice though. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Me and my wife have stayed at the grand double bungalow, which was found to be located far from the beach, pool and restaurant and requiered a lot oh hill climbing. Prefered bungalows location are the connecting bungalows especially #119, 120 & 121. The bungalow was huge, but had not enough light at night and no poor water presure in the bathroom. The bungalows are located in a beatiful tropical garden. Pool was great and just few steps from the hotel private beach. Staff were freindly and helpful. Breakfast was poor and not satisfactory. The airport pick up (late at night) and drop off (early in the morning) provided by the hotel at addtional cost were efficiant and good. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

A very pleasant place to spend 2 weeks at - friendly, helpful staff; excellent breakfast buffet (my favourite meal of the day); delicious food at reasonable prices (no fear of digestive problems); nearness to the beach. One Swedish couple we met by the pool claimed that they were spending their seventh holiday at Bill Resort - they preferred the friendly atmosphere there as well as uncrowded, vendor-sparse Lamai Beach. Our simple bungalow was fully adequate for our needs and everything worked well. We can warmly recommend Bill Resort and if you need tailored clothes we recommend EURO Fashion in Lamai Village - meticulous staff who really go out of their way to satisfy your clothing needs.

This was now my second time in Bill Resort and also in Thailand. I wanted to stay again in Bill because I like it. Especially I like Bill´s atmosphere, anti-plastic feeling. Very nice beach, good swimming pool (life saver in hangover) and very good breakfast. Nice service too, better than their english. You can also rent motorbike (I did) or car if you are crazy enough to drive there. Location is also pretty good, not too close to Lamai Beach Road but near enough(about 1 km). No doubt where I´m staying next time in Samui! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Waren zufrieden mit Personal und mit dem Service. Würden jedoch das nächste Mal eine andere Anlage wählen, da die Superior Bungalows direkt nebeneinander gebaut sind und daher sehr hellhörig sind. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We spent ten nights at Bill Resort and had a fabulous time. We stayed in a Superior Room and although it was a bit worn it s great value for money. Spotless & cleaned every day. My only complaint would be the very hard mattress! Bill is in a great location. Right on the beach with a lovely short walk along the beach to the shops. The restaurant is perfectly fine and there are also lots of other restaurants along the beach for variety. The weather was perfect except for the one day rain! We loved it!

Fantastic value for money. Buildings and bungalows very clean and room service for clean and tidy on request. Fresh towels everyday and had beach towels by the pool. Rooms were moderate size for the price. Breakfast is fresh and tasty with a lovely setting with the restaurant being on the beach. The hotel is a short walk (10-15mins) on the beach or by main road into town. You are able to swim in the sea although there is a slight shore dump but all the same it was pleasant. The swimming pool in the hotel is placed nicely near the beach and restaurant. The front receptions staff are very friendly and helpful and can help with all tours and giving advise on how to get around. In fact all staff on the resort are very friendly. The beach is pleasant and very clean. Fully recommend hiring bikes or scooters to do some exploring with a map yourself. I was impressed that Bill Resort had gone to so much effort to ensure that the buildings were set into the vegetation. Allot of effort and thought has gone into lighting and ensure everything is concealed into natural elements like lights in coconuts. All in all we had a fantastic time. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Great location on Lamai Beach with a great beachfront! The bungalow was great, we stayed in the standard bungalows. Just a VERY short walk to the beach, pool, and restaurant. The entire facility was very nice and private. It was just a quick walk along the beach into the town of Lamai. Absolutely no noise from the road or town, so perfect for families or people who don t like to be up until 3 in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again! Worth the price. I stayed in the cheapest room category and still was fully satisfied. The room was spacious and it was just several steps to the pool and the beach. The staff is very friendly, breakfast, pool and beach are above standard as well. The location of the Resort is not very central, it is a 15 min walk on the beach to the Lamai city centre. I would recommend Bill Resort only to people who are looking for a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We (a family of four)had a beach front bungalow, which is very nice but can have some noise at night from the neighboring bar. The air con was in a very bad shape and very noisy. Except for the noise we loved to stay at Bills. The surroundings are beatiful and the beach and pool are perfect. We would recommend this resort. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

I ve booked a grand deluxe bungalow. It was really nice, clean and spacy, with a double and a single bed (another bed would have easily fitted in the room) and a bathtub. Only setback was that you had to climb the really steep road (ca. 50 m.) to the reception and the bungalow every time you came from the restaurant, beach or swimming pool. Upon arrival they drive you up to the reception with a golf cart. Otherwise, everything was fine. The pick-up from the airport wasn t there (although reserved on this site) but it was really easy (and cheaper, don t pay more dan 500 Bath) to take a taxi from the airport to the resort (and later on back to airport). The loacation itself was perfect: nice beach (it gets cleaned every morning) and good swimming. The staff was also very friendly and helpfull. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This was my 3rd visit to this resort. THey have addeded a swimming pool. That was missing. It is a very good resort. The price is reasonable considering Koh Samui is becoming very commercial. Staff very friendly. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side though.. but there is plenty of choices in Lamai if you want local cheap food. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Great Location, Good Buffet Breakfast. Great Pool. For the price and expectations for a superior bungalow i was satisfied and happy. Was abit old and ramshackle and offered heaps of authenticity, character and charm. It was simplistic, no frills. Who wants to pay for all the unnescessary frills anyway - it s money better spent on a cocktail on the beautiful beach. The resort and location are perfect for relaxation. I came here with a friend, but in the future I would have no problem bringing my young children and husband to stay here to enjoy Lamai Beach. Resort is on sloping site, so this is also a consideration of which room you might stay in. Staff were good to. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had a very pleasant stay at Bill resort .Its location at the southern end of the Lamai beach is definitely an advantage since it makes it a quite corner .Its really a piece of paradise with excellent breakfast. We stayed at the Superior Bungalow category which has an old version and a new one called 2005. The difference between the two categories in standards is remarkable, had we known it before we would pay the difference. Staff is very friendly ,we recommend particularly a contact with Noury who runs the show and is very efficient and helpful. We recommend the hotel to dry some of the standing water fish ponds which are neglected and harbor polluted water with insects and mosquitos.We would certainly come back again.

This was our last stop during our 3 weeks Thailand trip - and definitly the highlight! When we first walked the way from the street to the resort we were critical what to expect, because it was very dark and you could not see where the way goes to. But finally we reached the entrance and it was like paradise! It is a very nice resort in the more silent area of Lamai. We stayed in a superior bungalow close to the pool and had short ways to restaurant and beach. The bungalow was clean and very nice and big! Food is excellent and the beach beautiful! We enjoyed this days very much and felt sorry to leave.

The hotel was fine, we stayed in Superior Bungalow. Only minus was the water pressure from the shower - there was any. Frogs were little bit loud during the night.. Breakfast was very good and also other foods on the menu, we had dinner couple of times in hotels restaurant.

If we go back to Lamai again, we stay some place else. For the money you pay, you can find better places with higher standard closer to Lamai center. Rooms were ok and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was in pour standard and everything went wet there, even toilet paper, while taking a shower. Food was tasty and breakfast ok. Pool was ok. Staff was not as helpful as in other places we stayed in.
