Vi havde booket en garden villa og den var fin og badeværelset meget stort. Villaen lå oppe på bjerget,hvilket var anstrengende, når man havde dårligt knæ. Alle i restauranten og ved poolbaren samt den kvindelige rengøringsdame gav en super service. Der ligger et lille supermarked et kvarters gang fra resortet. Der var meget varmt i den periode, vi var der, så vi foretog os ikke meget andet end at spise og drikke samt gå i poolen. Vi gik ikke i havet, da der var giftige gobler. Alt i alt var det godt men meget varmt. Der skal lyde en speciel tak til de søde mennesker i restauranten, vi vil savne deres smil og humor. Det var koldt at komme hjem til Danmark.

Fantastic hotel. Location next to a lot of restaurants and commerces. We booked up a room with balcon and jaccuzzi and that was very pleasant.

Perfect i recommend to book up a private transfer car from the airport to the hotel, more expensive than taxi but much more pleasant especially after a long journey.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights: very impressed by the beautiful nature (tropical gardens, beach, sea), a kindliness and helpfulness of the employees and a general design of the hotel but disappointed about housekeeping and technical services (on the first day the sheets were not fresh and we waited for a soap for two days and it seemed that they do not differ between soap, bath foam, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner 8not included at all; we waited for a jacuzzi working for two days, finally – on 3rd day - we had to change the room but also the new jacuzzi was “frayed”). On the first day we have asked that we do not have the room number 103 relate, because it is exposed to noise because of the road. In addition, the view is not as desired, and as with the other rooms in this category. Unfortunately, we did not meet our expectations. We were disappointed. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and the facility is recommended. The next time we would be sure to have one of the better positioned room, otherwise we would prefer a different resort for that price. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

На территории отеля звучит спокойная, очень красивая музыка, способствующая полному релаксу. Море всегда спокойное, без волн. Виллы и бунгало утопают в зелени! Неумолкая поют птички - так красиво! А запахи! - не передать словами ароматы цветущих деревьев, истончающих тонкий пьянящий аромат! Ландшафтные дизайнеры очень постарались! - такая красота повсюду! Номера очень просторные и красивые. I have been in Koh Samui 6 times and there are many better places for the same money in Koh Samui. I wouldn t book this hotel again for many reasons. Mainly because of the many mistakes they made in hotel service. Also the sunset jacuzzi villa got a poor view and it took about 10 minutes to climb there from the beach. Beach is also dirty and really narrow. Location - u really need scooter to get anywhare which the resort charges double of any other places. This place is good for maybe rich old people. My girlfriend (22years old) wasn t even served breakfest when she went to the restaurant alone one morning. So customer service zero. Avoid. Overpriced too.

Everything was good. The view from the bungalow was amasing, atmosphere of your own private paradise. But when we checked-in it occured that jacuzzi and air-con was defective. So we had to change the bungalow, but with more perfect view. It was good, but I was sure that staff should have checked all devices before guests arrival. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The hotel is absolutely unforgettable. It was a second one in the series of hotels we chose for our vacation. The first one was located on Lipa Noi, that Maenam Beach and the final at the Choeng Mon Beach. All in all Fair House gave us the trully feelings of Thailand and its hospitality. The perfect mix of good location (a bit far from the main road but it s more a plus), great facilities and outstanding personnel. The Pandanus SPA is a bit expensive but it s absolutely worth it as you get an unforgettable experience of real Thailand SPA treatments. When leaving we were treated so greatly that we nearly cried and did not want to depart. This hotel is absolutely a must for intimate true-Thai vacation.

This was one of my top stays in Thailand. It is a bit away from the main road, but the resort offers many transport options free of charge. It is a perfect option if you want to avoid busy Chaweng when on Koh Samui. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The hotel gets a 9 out of 10 in my opinion. Gorgeous layout and landscaping. Spacious rooms. Unparralleled views. Very accommodating staff. Food was perfect! The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because they have plumbing issues with their jacuzzi in the chalet suites. It took a long time to fill, it leaked, and the motors were rather loud when it was turned on.

The hotel is nice and quiet, even a bit too remote and with quite poor surroundings. You definitly need a car or a motorcycle. the beach is quiet but a bit narrow. Accomodations: villas are cute and great value, but chalets are up the hill, so lots of stairs to climb, far from the beach, the swimming pool and the restaurant. chalets are spacy and with a nice overlook on the bay but far less cosy and not convenient at all. The restaurant is ok but nothing incredible and thaï food menu is poor. Accoustic band playing every night american oldies (you better like it or you get upset as we did...). Service is OK The spa is nice. Clients of this resort seem to be mainly germans and americans. At last, we found Samui quite disapointing with his wild uncontrolled tourism development. The island is even quite ugly on some spots like Chaweng invaded by gogo bars and low budget mass tourism. Definitly not the best spot in Thaïland, even quite far from it. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

I cannot say enough about Ban Laem Sai. It was an absolutely magnificent vacation. The grounds are gorgeous and extremely well-kept, the staff beyond efficient and friendly, the scenery absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway for families and couples. I have never been more relaxed and pampered in my whole life. Absolutely no complaints other than the prices are a tad high for some services but still well worth it. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
