Wir waren Anfang September für 4 Tage im Grand Manita. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Pool und uns Anlage werden super gepflegt. Strand ist nicht zum Baden geeignet. Die Anlage ist etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum. 15 min zum Laufen am Strand. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The staff was always friendly but that s it.The Beach was Dirty only to point out was cleaned onces.There were glass bottles,and other things on the beach washed up.The Beachbar did not have the expected effekt and was closed to 18 pm,sometimes even earlier.The kitchen has closed always 18 pm.The pulps of the way were changed once it was said.The roomservice was not ok.Only superficial cleaning.Only with a broom. Breakfast was unbalanced and some things was only on demand.Every day there was the same.A variety sausage.Only coffee and eggs were served in three variations. Further,i pointed out that there is a Snake in the resort.also this was tacitly accepted rather than reacting to.The Snake twisted in the roof of the Massage area from which it was not removed. All in all just perfect weather. We will visit this facillity not again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Vi tyckte mycket om våran vistelse på detta hotell ,det kändes som vi bodde i ett eget litet hus vid stranden ,med egen pool .Lugnt ,skönt bra service ,fantastiskt god frukost .

Very good location! Große, saubere Zimmer. Täglich frische Handtücher, nettes Personal. Wunderschöne kleine Anlage mit Pool direkt am Strand von Lamai Beach. Buchung über sawadee.com günstiger als vor Ort (haben eine Nacht verlängert zum Preis von 26 Euro pro Person mit Frühstück).

Quality Room: Spacious, clean, however a second bedside lamp would be appreciated, too small television, a second chair would be welcome. In the bathroom: inadequate lighting, spots near the mirror against because of a day with the small window an electric shaver and hair dryer would be required. Support misplaced shower, shower screen would be necessary. Het hotel was goed voor relax, goed zwembad. Maar het strand is niet veel bijzonder , je kan er niet zwemmen of je moet ongeveer 1km in zee gaan. Je kan er relax wandelen op het strand zonder de drukte. Verder naar lamai ( 1,5 km) een soort riviertje met zwart vuil water dat naar de zee vloeid. Dus een heel stuk vuil. Ik zag dat er veel duurder hotels en vuil strand. Ontbijt was simpel, kamer heel goed.

The hotel and area is beautiful, very helpful staf, the room is (ok) except for the hard beds and bathroom (the water in the shower did almoust not disappear) the pool and beach and ocean is dirty.! :(

Very nice hotel, peaceful location and still close to the busy parts of Llamai. We booked 2 nights but we decided to stay 4 more nights. We had a beachfront bungalow and it was great!

This amazing quiet small resort. Very clean and beautiful villas hidden in aroma garden! Great for romantic weekend and family holiday. Only one thing was disappointing - it s a beach with scratchy corrals and shells, but this not resort responsibility. They have swimming pool by the way;) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Beach bar was not open and this would have added to our enjoyment. The sun bed cushions needed replacement. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was poor on arrival but improved after a couple of days when choice was increased and self service introduced. Overall the above were little niggles as we really enjoyed our time at Grand Manita and would recommend a visit.

A very nice and green location, with clean and roomy appartments and a wonderful beach. Unfortunately it is a little bit outside of Lamai (20 Minutes bei foot) The breakfast could be much better organized.

Had a great stay here, location, beach,pool and gardens are all top notch as are all the staff. Only slight and very slight off comments is the breakfast is a little to basic and went elsewhere on a few mornings that and the bathrooms were showing water damage on the painted walls that could easily be fixed with some tiling to make perfect. We just come back from our holidays where we stayed at Grand Manita for 3 nights with my fiancee and we had a fabulous stay there. The rooms are clean , the resort is just next to the beach and they have also a nice swimming pool. The breakfast was very good (western style) with delicious warm pancakes every morning and the staff was really attentive to all our needs . We could sleep and rest very well as the resort is not at the center of a very animated area and as they rent also motorcycles , it s cheap so we could visit the island easily. I highly recommend this resort and will definitively go back if I return to Koh Samui ! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Our 10 night stay at Grand Manita was everything we had wanted for our first stay on Samui. We stayed in a Sea-Touch Villa and it couldn t have been more perfect. The Villas are gorgeous - very spacious and air conditioned. Location of hotel is great - in between Lamai and Chaweng, but on a good section of beach front. Meals at the hotel were yum and cheap and the full breakfast each morning was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and green, pool and sun lounges are right on the beach - a perfect hotel for couples looking for a quiet beach front holiday. A big thank you to Ann and staff from Grand Manita who couldn t have been more welcoming and helpful, assisting us with tour bookings, restaurant reservations etc - just lovely! The Grand Manita is highly recommended and I hope to return one day. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This resort is a family business and overall service is quite good. However, due to family business nature, the rooms and facilities are not at the same level of some brand hotels. If you prefer a quite resort, this is good for you. Lamai beach is not as good as Chaweng. The sea is not clean and not possible for swim. If you like sea, you may live in Chaweng instead of lamai. Had a fantastic 2 weeks in a villa shower.Villa spacious, comfortable and clean, really impressive!Grounds maintained to a high standard, pool and beach were great!Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing ever too much for them!Food at the hotel was excellant, good choice and not badly priced.Breakfast was ok.Had an amazing time and would like to thank the staff for making our stay enjoyable, we are definetly going back. We stayed 6 nights in the seatouch bungalow at this resort and would love to come back anytime. Everything worked out to our great satisfaction and the staff was very, very kind and helpful + the area and garden is extremely well kept and beautiful. The resort is placed in the northern and very calm part of Lamai beach. Only minus is that the beach is too shallow for a swim and you can cut your feet on the corals when walking in the water. However it is possible to walk along the beach and go for a swim further towards Lamai centre. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a nice big balcony. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The beach is nice and very quiet as this resort is suited to families and older crowds who want peace and quiet. For some water sports and more action you can walk about 15 minutes to the bottom end of the beach and hang out at Swing Bar which plays funky music, has great beach chairs, and fun staff that seem to really enjoy their job. This place is fun at night too. I appreciated the free Internet at this hotel and breakfast wasn t bad.

Reception area not great as first impression with left over breakfast dishes everywhere and dirty ash trays. Very pleasantly surprised however by beautiful spacious room, beautifully decorated, nice outdoor bathroom. Staff were great and made us feel like family, always going the xtra mile. Location was perfect, on more family/quiet side of Lamai beach (more upmarket area) Great pool area, and literally right on the beach.
