коротко!отдыхаю в 4 раз но такого отношения не помню. заселили в дальний корпус, хотя при бронировании никто не предупреждал. Номера все разваливаются, сантехника работает плохо, раковины текут, слив в душе не работает.Персонал реагирует очень долго (новые сотрудники вообще не хотят работать).Полотенца для лица не выдают.Такое ощущение что отель приходит в упадок. Отель хороший, в двух минутах от пляжа. На пляже своих лежаков нет, но это не проблема можно занять лежаки других отелей, купив у них какой нибудь напиток. Мы отдыхали с 18 октября по 29 октября, народу в отеле было очень мало, всего семей 5. Россиян было много. Персонал вежливый, уборка была на троечку, т.к. Постельное белье меняли не часто, приходилось просить. В номере нет чайника и фена, единственный минус в номере это ванная комната: туалет и сразу же душ, отгородиться можно только шторкой :) есть сейф, шкаф, пара тумбочек. 29 октября мы выписывались с отеля и заказали трансфер до пирса Липа Ной. Заплатили на стойке регистрации 650 бат, нам подали отдельную машину и отвезли на пирс. Когда трансфер уехал, оказалось что он нас привез на другой пирс, хотя по пути мы все время водителю говорили, что нужен Липа Ной пирс. В итоге, выбросили на ветер 650 бат, так что больше с отеля не будем заказывать трансфер. Благо было время добраться до Липа Ной пирса. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Lovely family-type hotel. Situated back from the busy Lamai Beach, yet close enough to walk there for swimming and beach activities. Close to the shopping and restuarant areas of Koh Samui. Very spacious rooms would benefit by having kettle and tea/coffee making facility available. Sparkling swimming pool and deck allow for swimming at hotel instead of the sea. Detta är andra gången vi bor på detta hotell. Bra familjehotell med en pool som barnen uppskattade. Jag hade bokat 3 rum vid poolen men det hade försvunnit någonstans i bokningarna men jag hade en kopia på min bokning så det ordnade sig ganska bra ändå. Trevlig personal och lugnt läge.

I have not stayed in USM before so I cant compare to any other hotels/resorts, but for the price and location this place was a gem. Close to shops and the main Lamai strip while also being close to the nice strip of the beach of Lamai. Rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were helpful and the breakfast was not great but quite adequate. One downside was the internet was unreliable in the room and had to use the hardwired pc in the foyer. Id suggest this place for all types of vacationers, from families to couples. Try the restaurant with the red tables on the left hand side of the street that the hotel is in. It was dirt cheap and had delicious food. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

It was our 1st time to koh samui, and staying at the grand Thai house resort was a great experience.. It was easy access to the beach, walking distance to most things, the staff were very accommodating, the rooms were clean and comply. I would have no hesitation staying at the grand Thai house resort next time I visit..

It is my third visit to this hotel. As usually Best value for money A couple negative comments: Restoran is good but despite of big discount for quests is a little bit overpriced 7% tax was added to my minibar bill without any notices. Information is absent. Not many shelves for cloth Отличный отель за свои деньги Видно что стараются улучшать качество сервиса это заметно за 7 лет Пару капель дегтя в бочке меда: Не попадайтесь на скидки в ресторане , действительно хороший но не лучший ресторан, и цены завышены даже после скидок и счастливого часа Счет на минибар 7% без каких либо указаний в прайсе. Jättebra hotell, vi hade bokat 6 nätter men stannade hela vistelsen 14 nätter, rummen var rena o fräsha, poolområdet jättefint o trevlig personal. Låg bra till, nära till strand och shoppinggatan. Något enformig frukost annars helt perfekt!! Återvänder gärna hit!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отличный отель. Большие просторные номера, находится в середине Ламая. В номере есть холодильник, кондиционер, большая кровать, ванна с душем, ТВ. Из минусов: нет чайника, столовых приборов и кружек с тарелками. Пришлось покупать в Теско, благо находится не далеко. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отель небольшой, очень уютный, по-домашнему тихий. Выход на пляж через территорию соседнего отеля, но идти минуты 2. Большой бассейн. Очень приятный персонал. Удобное расположение на Ламаи - все необходимое в пешей доступности. Соотношение цена-качество в пользу качества.

We lived at sea view room. Actually there was the second row building at Lamai beach. We have good balcony for the garden and lovely swimming pool though the sea was partly obscured by the building before. However it good enough to consider its price. 3 Minutes walk to beach. Lamai beach is very good for swimming for the small waves, and some small fishes if the wind was not strong. The room is very clean with nice & helpful staffs. One time the air conditioner was not cold, we complained and which got well only 10 minutes later. The pool is small but quite lovely. 3 minutes walk to the 7-11, 5 mins to night food corner, 12 mins walk to day market and Tesco lotus. I will stay here if visit Lamai beach again. Small very friendly newish hotel, 3 years old I believe, staff always willing to assist. First class location, 5 mins walk to town centre, 2 mins to beach. Large, clean, well maintained pool easily best feature for a hotel of this size. Rooms good size with quiet a/c. Full room service available from restaurant sited opposite side of beach road. En riktigt fin resort, Ligger mycket bra till, fina rum, mycket fin pool, väldigt trevlig personal, Vi bokade 4 nätter i förväg men stannade 16 dagar. Det enda vi har att anmärka på är att det vore väldigt skönt med en fläkt på balkongen, [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Гостиница оставила самое приятное впечатление.С момента заезда в гостиницу в 7 часов утра персонал гостиницы окружил нас приятным вниманием.Заселение произошло мгновенно,номер превзошел все наши ожидания,чистота идеальная мебель просто супер,ничего лишнего.Сервис отель не навязчивый, все работает, везде убирают,и при этом никого не видно.Интерьер и располажение отеля на очень высоком уровне,видно что за этим следят.Вообщем итог: отель стоит своих денег,отель новый,персонал внимательный,планирую посетить еще раз и непременно рекомендую остальным [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Nice friendly staff on the desk .Clean rooms with good aircon and large bathrooms.Need a mesh on the fan in the bathroom to keep the mosquitos out.The hotel sends guests washing to a private company that was expensive by comparison with anywhere else we encountered in Thailand.1000 baht for a bag of laundry that anywhere else in Lamai would have cost 250.Small gripe but the staff could make guests aware just how expensive the service is .

We can highly recommend this hotel! Our room was next to the lovely pool and it was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is near the town and a few steps to the nice beach. We will definitely come back!

This was our second stay in this resort: good location, quiete and clean rooms. Friendly service (especially breakfast service). Nice pool. Hotel is only a few steps from the beach. We can recommend this hotel!

We booked a Deluxe Family room and boy was it small. I suspect they gave us a wrong room. Anyway, room was small, Queen size bed was actually small for two people. A/c was a bit noisy, but otherwise worked well. The breakfast was horrible - less than common buffet selection. The room was on the 1st floor, and because of the pool lights, there was no good darkness at night. The pool was small, btw. Small is the name for the hotel, not Grand.

Very comfortable,small and quiet hotel with a nice garden and pool. The personal is friendly, tactful with a readiness to make advances. Hotel has a good location - a distance from the beach is a 2 min by feet. Price/quality is excellent! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very nice small hotel in the second row to the beach. Also close to many shops and restaurants, though very quite because not directly on the main street. The hotel is quite new, so it was almost empty even in the high season. I spend the 4 nights and came back for two another. The rooms are spacious and clean and the price is reasonable. Nice and cosy hotel in the second row to the beach. You have to pass another hotel area to get to the beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast on order, choice between American and Asian breakfast. Quality of food good, but staff not and weel trained and not very organized. Not sufficient tables for all guests. Even it was high season the hotels are nearly empty. Same for restaurants and bars, a result of the financial crisis and these stupid political actions of PDA and change in the government in Thailand. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

haev to say, fantastic. Had 3rd floor deluxe room - balcony overlooking swimming pool with the sea in the background. Location is in Lamai, yet very quiet - just enough out of the town to keep the chill out feeling of a quiet evening & night. Bed was great - so comfy. Service was great, very friendly. Breakfast was generous and tasty. I stayed a few nights and went up to Mae Nam, and of the 2 hotels, the Grand Thai House was better value for money. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend. Also, Lamai beach is very clean, great water, and far less crowded than Chaweng - if you are going to Samui for the first time, stay at the Grand Thai House. You can visit Chaweng, and other bays for the day & evening for 60Bhat tuk tuk ride...

We stayed at the Grand Thai House Resort with our family for 6 days. It is a great hotel, very friendly staff, good food and nice cocktails during happy hour. The location is excellent, very near to the beach and to the shopping places, and still quiet. The breakfast was served a la carte, we got all what we needed, however we missed the choice and selection of a brekfast buffet.

We had stayed earlier at Mango Village Resort and moved out due to a construction going on next door. Staff at Sawasdee was very helpful with us moving out.

Its really nice new and very comfortable hotel. The restaraunt at hotel very good too. They perform traditional Thai food and it is so tasteful! The main shopping and restaraunt area, at Lamai road easy to access, othervise its quaet and not so noisy. Very pleasant stay. Certainly I would recommend this hotel to my friends. We booked this hotel in the last minute and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is very nice and clean. Everything is functional and the staff is very nice. The swimming pool is great. we arrived after 2 days of travleing and were greeted by the lovely welcome team with glasses of local juice to refresh or tied selves. this was just the start of an amazing stay. the staff are funny, helpful, friendly and cant do enough for you. the food is tastey and resonable and the cocktails are brillant works of art. happy hour is always worth it!! from arrival to departure this hotel goes above and beyond we cant speak highly of it enough. all wed can say to you is get yourseves there. ***** we loved it! The Hotel provided an excellent service throughout our stay, the rooms were very well looked after and very clean. Breakfast was of a very good standard and pool area very clean. On arrival very first impressions did not reflect the high quality the Hotel provided.
