We enjoyed our stay at green villa very much. Nice service, very friendly people, great athmosphere and a beautiful resort with clean rooms, a pool and good food. We can just recoment Green Villa for travelers who want to relax because its not directly in the city and its close to the beach but its near the main route and several cities so you can also go shopping, get food or see a lot around the insland. Дивный, очень приятный и уютный резорт! Вся территория утопает в зелени. Вокруг тишина! Хорошие домики, чистые и ухоженные. Кондиционер, горячая вода, небольшой холодильник (не во всех), веранда... Бассейн небольшой, но есть. И это замечательно! До моря три минуты через соседний резорт. До центральной улицы Ламаи 20-30 минут пешком или 5 минут на скутере (в резорте есть парковка и прокат). До ближайшего 7/11 три минуты пешком. Завтраки - яйца в разных видах, тосты, масло, джем, псевдо-сок, чай-кофе. Всякие мыло и шампуни прилагаются. Полотенец куча, в том числе пляжные. Номера убирают раз в три дня. Шайтан бы с ним, но хотя бы мусор выносили каждый день, а то скапливаются пустые бутылки и шкурки от фруктов. Это прям претензия. Единственная. Wi-fi ловит только на ресепшене и вокруг. Это минус, тоже единственный. Есть ресторан, готовят довольно вкусно, закрывается в 8 вечера. Для нас, этот отель однозначно да [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Green villa is a wonderfull place in Lamai. The sea is only to 200m and the down town to Lamai in 10 minutes walking. There is a warm welcom and the reception is always here to help you !

We stayed 15 days in Green Villa and we were very satisfied by the staff who was kind, helpful and friendly. There was a problem with ants that had infested the bed area which we reported to the management. The owner should make an effort in this respect. Apart from that it is overall a nice place. Wonderful rooms and service. Excellent location-my favourite in Koh Samui. The staff are extremely helpful and stayed up 6 hours after closing time to recieve me very late from airport after cancelled flights. You cannot beat that!!! Try the food-brilliant-a fantastic way to meet Thailand and it s wonderful people!!!

The resort is small and simple, and just perfect for those who seek to relax in a quiet, friendly surrounding. The room is spacious and clean - we particularly enjoyed the additional private outdoor shower adjacent to our room. The host is very friendly and helpful, providing services and additional information of any kind. For breakfast, different schoices of western style food are available and freshly prepared. We loved the pineapple and banana pancakes. The location is just great - within one minute walking distance to the wonderfully quiet Lamai Beach. Would come back anytime.

Мы отдыхали в ГРИН ВИЛЛА в середине марта семьёй из четырёх человек в том числе ребёнок десяти лет. Понравилось всем. Наша девочка не смогла есть местную еду. но завтраки в отеле ей очень понравились. она научилась заказывать их сама и съедала всё с удовольствием. так что проблем с питанием не возникло. Отель можно оценить на твёрдую четвёрку. Даже стройка которая идёт на территории нам не помешала. Когда мы приходили в отель после экскурсий или пляжа строителей уже не было. Характеристика Цена - Качество больше в сторону качества. Очень любезный персонал - попросили поставить холодильник для хранения молока для ребёнка пожалуйста через день поставили.

отдыхали в Грин Вилла с 1 по 10 февраля 2013 года, расположение удобное - 2 минуты пешком до пляжа Ламай (не центр пляжа, а южная его часть, прямо возле камней Бабушка и Дедушка), брали деревянное бунгало без горячей воды (днем очень жарко, горячий душ не понадобился), бунгало убирали качественно каждые 2 дня, территория красивая, зеленая, ухоженная, есть небольшой бассейн, если вы без особых претензий, то это очень хороший вариант [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We stayed w. two children 1y&4y for 7 nights in bungalow w AC. Good value for money! Staff is friendly and service minded! The place is small and quiet and it is a nice atmosphere. This part of Lamai beach is too steep for small children. Walk 3-400m to get better conditions. Still a bit steep and too big waves(at our stay). We spend a lot of time in the pool w. a nice shallow part for small children. Nice food but limited menu.

nous sommes partit au bout de 2 jours. les bungalows sont très sales,infectés de cafards et de fourmis,le sol est dechiré, le placard est remplis de boules de naphtaline etc...le mobilier de la piscine est posé sur des parpains et le prix des prestations est chers pour une qualitée moindre a fuire!!! Tres agréable endroit pres de la plus belle plage, lamai sud à 200m. 2 types de logement dont les moins chers plutot rudimentaires mais peu couteux. Belle petite piscine et restaurant bon marché et tres bon. A recommander sans hesitation

Green Villa is situated about 10 minutes out of Lamai making it a little inconvient to walk into town but perfect for getting away from the crowds. If one is to rent a motorcycle (from the resort or in Lamai) the short distance is not an issue at all. One has the option of either lounging by the pool or at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk. The beach is very nice with minimal crowds compared to that of Chaweng. The vibe within the resort grounds is very relaxed as the bungalows are surrounded by trees. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.

We stayed in superior villa and it was great - big room, clean, big veranda, pool (it s great - parents eating breakfast and kids swimming - moments of peace;). Great fot families (and all others, too;). Very helpful staff and a good vibe. A beautiful sandy beach is 3 minutes away as well as other fascilities are not far either. We loved it there. It s a good and very cheap accomodation to stay. the bungalows with pool view were big but a little bit worn down like typical traveler bungalows are. the room has been cleaned several times during our stay, the towels and the sheet cover has been changed. very friendly staff who really take care for the resort. the pool was also nice and clean. 7-11 and beach was nearby.

rooms poor standard on 450b room, pool very small, website is deceiving , rooms are on 2 levels. when booking the room i said i am looking for a week stay , based on the initial nights sleep, but a deposit of 2 nights was asked and paid for, the place was terrible, so we said we will leave, not asking for a refund on our second night, we felt was fair, only to be told we HAD booked a week, we need to pay another night cos we cancelled a week booking, i showed the reception my initial email booking to which she started to cry saying her boss, a french man , will only make her pay, so we paid and left, NEVER to return again. and NEVER , to recomend this place even to my worse enemy to be polite. very poor , do not say ur a looking to book a room for more then one night, untill u see the rooms, u will be charged a sumtion on booking fee. terrible rooms and service. i speak thai , and made it clear on booking i was basing my stay on the first night experience, NEVER will i book here again. Peaceful location at the far south end of the beach although the best part of the beach is further north. Basic wooden bungalows but be prepared for the nature as the huts are in the middle of a garden. Nice pool (although sun beds / tables could be replaced). Very friendly staff. The Green Villa had a nice pool and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The bed was quite hard but that is not uncommon. Unfortunately Lamai wasn t the beach we were looking for. As a result we only stayed 1 night. I must say for $11/night the pool was really nice to have. I couldn t find any other guest house for that price with a pool. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

A great place to stay in Lamai and for a very low price. We stayed in one of the small bungalows and it was great. They cleaned the bungalow even if you didn t ask them to,that was nice! Friendly staff. The location is very good if you like to have a calm environment with a calm beach without a lot of people and sun beds. If you want more people around you, more restaurants and things to look at you just take a walk to Lamai town. If I go to Lamai again I will probably stay here again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We booked a basic bungalow and that is exactly what we got. Our only major complaint was the pool which had way too many chemicals in it which burnt my kids lips/armpits and groin! Swimmers beware

Enjoyable garden villas close to but not at the beach. For the TB 1600 paid for a generously spaced and well equipped A/C room I found better values on the beach very close by. None the less my room was attended daily, was clean and the guest house was well situated at the south end of Lamai Beach. Food was ordinary service better than ordinary. Instruction upon entry regarding hot water would have been helpful in that the hot water workings in SE Asia are all but consistent from country to country and lodging to lodging within and without a country.

Pleasant garden type arrangement around a small swimming pool. Food was ok if slightly pricey. The AC room was very spacy & comfortable. Green Villas was clean, personnel pleasant, grounds neat and all in all pleasant but nothing very special for the money. Were I to return to Koh Samui I would probably stay elsewhere for the same or less. I do like this part of Lamai Beach though & will probably return.

Nice garden with pool, very small but clean (daily housekeeping) bungalows, friendly receptionist, satisfying and cheap breakfast. Green Villa is really good. The superior bungalows are very nicely furnished and really comfortable. The territory is green and clean. We did not use the pool, but other people who stayed in Green Villa did and seemed to like it. I saw the cheap bungalows but did not like them, they re rather wet and it s not difficult to find sth better for the same price, even with air conditioner, on Lamai or Chaweng (except there will be no pool). The staff and the owner are very friendly. The only thing I was dissapointed with was laundry, our things came back not actually clean (although my friend said this is common for the whole island :)) I d recommend this hotel for family leisure, it s very quiet and nice and is not far from the beach. Its cheap, the owner is really nice, there is a pool. If you dont have high standards on the room (Notise: We lived in the SMALLEST bungalow) this is perfect. We had a pleasant stay at Green Villa which was a great deal at 300 B per night. The bungalow was basic, but clean, and the staff freindly. It was also very quiet--NO loud music keeping you awake till the wee hours! The little pool was also nice, especially for kids. The hotel is located just a 5 mimute walk away from a beautiful stretch of beach at the southern end of Lamai Beach. The more lively section of the beach area is just a 15-20 minute walk north. We would definitely stay there again because it was very inexpensive and we could book in advance over the internet. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Green Villa was a wonderful bungalow to stay at, just far enough away from the cars to make it feel like you were in the middle of the woods, yet close enough to hear the ocean waves. Any trips that we needed to book were done for us at the front desk, although we discovered too late that renting a scooter (also from Green Villa) and exploring on our own was the cheapest option. The staff is friendly and the pool is open all night, which was a plus for us! Towels are included, but no blankets for the bed, only a giant bath towel. Bring your own toilet paper as you are given one roll, but we knew this coming into it so it wasn t an issue. Everyone is very friendly and they have good food and drinks right at the pool area. Internet is a stone s throw away. We would go back to Green Villa, but we don t require much, so if you are looking for fancy, this isn t the place for you! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

My Boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights in Double/Fan bungalow for 400B per night. It s very basic. But you get what you pay. It s a OK choice for Low budget travellers. It has a bed, a cabinet for clothes, and a little bathroom. you get only a roll of Toilet tissue, nothing else in the room. The drinks from the bar is more expensive from stores outside. If you go out to the main road, which is approxi 1min walk, you can buy a bottle of water for 6B in 7-11. It s 10B in Green Villa. There is no activity going on in Green villa at night, I mean, no party or music or anything. Very quiet, only the owner and his two friends drinking and talking and watching French TV there during night. one night, there was someone talking outside our bungalow, we guessed they were looking for their bungalow but could t see the room number. Anyway, I wouldn t go back there if I go to Samui.Green Villa is not bad, but I believe there are better choices that i should try.

I was not really comfy in the room there. It was small, holes in the doors and floors to allow mozzies in to bite you all night. The photos on the site do not really show how run down these bungalows are. Across the road you can get a really tidy room for 400Baht. Directly across the main road there is a restaurant with a sign for bungalows. Just go in and ask there and you will get a good room for the same price. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had one night at standard fan bungalow which was cheap but also very primitive. After that first night we moved to the superior bungalows. This was very nice. They clean every day and give you clean towels every day. There are only 14 bungalows, which makes it a nice quiet place to stay. The staff was friendly and kind.

We had a bungalow with aircon. very nice and quiet. Good food at the reastaurant, the manager was not so serviceminded, but still i strongly reccomend this hotel. Right now we are staying in Phi Phi Islands and to get same standard you will have to pay about 2200-2500 baht/night.
