We had spent 10 days in another resort as part of a package which was lovely so was concerned about the stay at Lanna in that it would be as nice. The resort was much smaller but was excellent catered for a family and couples. The food was of excellent quality and the staff were extremely accommodating I would have no hesitation in staying again, the room was excellent quality very clean and catered easily for two adults and a nine year old. Booking was easy and when contact was made prompt reply always followed.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is smart, modern and maintained superbly. No noise at night which is a benefit of the location. Brilliant pool and staff very helpful and professional. Great that there is some real flexibility around check-in and check-out which was really welcome. Overall a superb hotel.
