Hello Au 3 e étage sans ascenseurs . . Les valises trop lourdes des escaliers très raides .bref monter descendre 10 fois par jour . A 70 ans ...c’est assez curieux de demander quel étage choisir et de ne pas avoir le choix de l’etage désiré ...

Die Lage ist top.Besser geht es kaum.Nur wenige Schritte zu den 2 Pools.Der Strand ist vom Pool nur noch 5 Stufen entfernt.Toller Strand mit klarem Wasser.Das war dann aber auch schon das Positive.Zimmer sind schmutzig,verstaubt und bewohnt von vielen Moskitos.Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt aber wie?Ich habe öfters die Zeit gestoppt.Das schnellste war 3 Minuten.Das sagt alles !Der Preis ist sehr ok für die Lage.Aber die vielen Mängel in der gesamten Anlage sind der Horror.Nicht funktionierende, veraltete,nicht gewartete Klimaanlagen.Kaputte Liegen und Liegeauflagen.Kaputte Fliesen in beiden Pools.Da haben sich sogar mehrere Gäste daran verletzt.Kaputte Duschen.Und vieles mehr. Emplacement idéal au calme et proche du centre de Lamai. Chambres spacieuses, fonctionnelles et propres. Piscines agréables, belle plage. Cadre verdoyant et ombragé. Personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner n est pas un buffet, donc pas varié mais correct. Beaucoup de transats à disposition mais les parasols et matelas sont lamentables dommage! 2 serviettes par chambres et elle servent pour la douche et la plage! j ai préféré acheter des serviettes de plage; dommage de ne pas l avoir su avant.Il suffirait de peu pour que cet hotel soit très bien ! The hotel is ok, only ok. It is not very cleen in the rooms. Dirty curtains and bedlamps, wich didn t work properly. The sunbeds....OMG they are horrible. I almost didn t want to stay on them. They, the managers, of Marina Villa are more intrested in fixing the garden than the hotel and poolarea. The restaurantstaff are very nonchalant. If I ever come back to Samui and Lamai I will NOT stay at Marina Villa

Anlage gepflegt, Sonnenliegen und Auflagen, Sonnenschirme absolut schlechtem Zustand. Restaurant, wusste man nicht was es alles gibt. Preise dann überzogen hoch. Jedoch einige Meter am Strand könnte man gemütlich und gut Abendessen. Alle Geschäfte, Cafe und der tägl. Nachtmarkt mit Essenszänden in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Trés bel établissement. Piscine propre et entretenue. Facilité pour réserver les scooters et le transfert au port. Le staff est présent et prés à vous aider. Seul bémol, le breakfast n est pas à la hauteur.

A very nice and friendly place to be. Just a few meter to the beach and a short walk to the night life, but very quiet in the night. The room is quite spacious and have a little balcony. Room got cleaned every day. Bed is very good an bed linen got changed every day as well.

If you want to spend your holiday with rude arrogant Germans than go ahead. We have stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years in big groups of friends about 20 or more, but not anymore. a German lady ended up putting in a complaint about us to the staff for making to much noise as we were walking to our rooms to go to bed. We were treated very poorly by the hotel owners and told to check out four days early. I would not leave until I got a refund for the room. Moral of the story they are not loyal to repeated customers and don t listen to both sides of a situation. Do not stay here unless you a German. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

В целом все устроило, но были два минуса: лежаков как у бассейнов, так и на пляже было недостаточно. в отеле существует практика забить лежаки на весь день, при этом по полдня не появляться. к концу нашего отдыха администрация отеля повесила таблички с просьбой так не делать :) ресторан: работает с 8.00 до 21.00. качество и цена довольно приемлемые, НО: посещать данное место желание отпадает почти сразу, так как официанты почему-то дают понять, что вам здесь не рады. сидя напротив за столами, не подходят подолгу, забывают половину заказа или вообще путают. ну и, увы, не отличаются доброжелательностью. это действительно удивило. в остальном - пляж хороший, номера удобные, оба бассейна отличные. This is the third time I have stayed at Marina Villa and on this occasion I found the rooms a little run down at this stage they could do with a make over or at the very least a coat of paint. Another issue is the restaurant and the completely useless, rude, unhelpful staff who operate it,the food is dreadful and as for the customer service...!!!, in my view under no circumstances should anyone be tempted to eat anything from there, i.e. >> order scrambled eggs with cheese and what turned up?, seriously overcooked eggs with an Easi- single slice of cheese sitting on top....!!!, truly awful. Schöne Anlage alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, geschweige den man miete sich einen Roller. Klimaanlage hatte bei uns nicht gekühlt, wurde sofort zur vollen Zufriedenheit in Ordnung gestellt. Super liegt direkt am Meer, es hat zwei Swimmingpools. Einer ist ca. 1.55 m tief durchgehend, super für einwenig Aquafittness oder schwimmen. Der andere 15 m entfernt, super für Kinder. Ich bin jeden Morgen auf der Restaurantterrasse mit Blick auf Meer einen Kaffee trinken gegangen und ein bisschen WiFi dazu. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Too noisy, too much peolpe (TOO much russians and italians, they can t speak, they always screem)- Hotel hasn t enough towels and sheets, we must ask the clean once many times (on night we sleep without planket sheets) Next hotel start to palying music at 3.00 - 5.00 pm in the beach so we must go to our rooms even sun is shining. We stopped in this hotel still two years ago. Very successful site, in centre Lamaja and at the same time is always silent. From pluses: two pools, the big pool it is highlighted till 23 o clock, restriction on bathing is not present. For rent motobyke do not demand the passport, give on a copy at settling. Free Wi-Fi in territory, even at pools. An excellent beach and calling in the sea without stones. Plank beds suffices all visitors. Spacious light rooms in classical style. Perfectly planted trees and shrubs territory between cases. At the reference on resseption with a problem-question react operatively. From minuses: tired bed-clothes and beach towels, beach plank beds and umbrellas. Two years ago when we were here for the first time all was new and while probably it was not updated. Cleaning of numbers daily, but bed-clothes replacement (we have lived here 8 days, periodically leaving on 20 bat tip) is made only after the reference on reseption. Service then was much better. The hotel was fresh. The general offer for Marina s owners of a country house: on boring white walls in numbers to hang up any pictures or posters, all will be more cheerful. A result for today: the hotel holds balance the price-place-service. Well and the general remark of lodgers with whom we here have got acquainted for 2 weeks of residing: smiles and a Thai national greeting at all personnel have disappeared. I was impressed with marina Villa s new building and swimming pool ,as I was not aware that new renovations were done.The price was very good for the rooms.Staff was extremely friendly,helpfull and always smiling.Cleaning staff was always very friendly and helpfull.Marina Villa is close to all the restaurants and entertainment and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Was great, super location, good pool. Family admosphere. A lot of restaurants around because resturant of hotel is rather poor and expensive. Staff is nice. We enjoy a lot and will be back [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We loved the Marina Villa. Our room was on the third floor so you can get a view of the entire bay. We feel asleep to the noise of the waves hitting the beach and heard nothing else- amazing! There were little ants everywhere for all 5 days even though we showed housekeeping on the 2nd day. The reception doesn t speak English that well, and the restaurant was a little pricey compared to those on the road, but the room was clean, looked nice, was spacious, and got plenty of sunlight. All have their own balconies too, which was great. Central Lamai is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. We would stay here again if we came back!
