The spa was amazing. The customer service was exceptional. The employees could not do enough to meet our needs and offer advise with organising excursions. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of our two week break in the Thai islands. You need to rent a scooter across the road from the spa for 200 baht each day. it only takes 15/20 mins to get to chaweng beach and the busy strip with all the usual pubs and clubs. We preferred Lamai beach as the weather was better down there and the beaches were nicer. I highly recommend this resort!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The hotel itself is a little basic but the staff are friendly. The location is remote - you will need a motorbike/bus to get to Bophut restaurants or even Maenam. Yes , if you want seclusion and a beach to yourself. No if you want to be in the middle of things. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

we stayed in July 2013 and had a really relaxed and enjoyable stay. Staff are very attentive and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The villa we stayed in was lovely, cleaned every day and very well situated beside the pool. we made good use of the spa and really benefited from the various massages carried out in a professional but friendly manner. a lovely friendly resort with pleasant and caring staff. our villa was excellent, clean and well placed beside the pool. I would recommend this resort to anyone considering the Natural Wing Resort.

technical maintenance of the room could have been better but instead of that a high qualified employee for the SPA parts and all massages were perfectly performed in excellent conditions. overall all employee have been of service and with the legendary thailandese kindness. Thanks for that again, we surely come back sometimes.

We had a fantastic time at Natural Wing! The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant food is great, the beach across the road is quiet and nice, and the spa is absolutely awesome.

For us who were looking for relative peace and quiet, the location of NW on the north coast of the island was perfect. Excellent health spa programme and friendly staff. Downside: main road noise, but at an acceptable level. Hire a small motor bike to get elsewhere - very cheap charges and fuel. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
