Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Le Restaurant/Snack Bar de la Piscine devrait être amélioré (mobilier, ...). Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est à chaque fois très sympathique et gentil. Ils font un excellent travail. Remarque pour le propriétaire de l’hôtel : compliment pour votre personnel formidable. J’espère que vous le savez. [R24 intégr. ERR :échappement]

Un hôtel facile à vivre à proximité de l’hôtel de plage avec un excellent bar et un excellent petit déjeuner. Le personnel est les personnes les plus sympathiques que nous ayons jamais rencontrées. Superbe piscine à débordement et 5 marches sur la plage lorsque vous voulez vous détendre sur la plage ou à côté de la piscine. Un séjour 5 étoiles pour un prix 3 étoiles. Pas proche de la ville, donc avoir une moto ou une voiture de location. Attendez-vous à marcher 2 km jusqu’à la route la plus proche pour prendre un taxi si vous ne le faites pas. [R24 integr. Hotel very well located with a great breakfast especially for those who rent a car (2places), except that it lacks a lift especially for people who lives on the 2nd floor parking. For staff not always pleasant, with fairly limited service (cleaning not always done correctly and unpleasant manager). For people with children but no bed Mattress vulguère lay on the floor for this service with a financial surplus. The hotel could be great, but with another staff.

The hotel is fairly new and not yet a year old.One therefore accepts that there might be teething problems -when we arrived there our sea facing bungalows were not available as the rooms had been overbooked?!My mom was in a wheelchair and this was meant to be her last trip so we were greatly disappointed.The next night we all had to share the one bungalow that had become available and the night thereafter we could only start our holiday with two bungalows.The beds are nice and firm and the bedding of good quality.The TV channels are fine, and each room has a dvd player which comes in handy.The cosmetics in the bathroom was in little pottery bottles which were not working well.Pool towels are tiny and seem old and worn out.There seemed to be a general ablution problem or smell around the pool.Hot water worked intermittantly and was never a given.The room airconditioner worked well but was quite noisy.Breakfast was the same thing every day and very basic.The best and worst part of this hotel were the staff.Not only were they wonderfully welcoming and apologetic about our room dilemma but they were always friendly and helpful.Their English was a problem and we battled to communicate.Seemingly the hotel s sytem wasn t computerised and they had all the bookings on a hand written sheet which the staff couldn t keep track of.It didn t have room service,the telephones didn t work, the staff forgot our wake-up call- the bad parts.Good parts were the staff s great attitude, the fact that you could hire a scooter from the hotel,and the setting.This felt more like a decent lodge.Nothing fancy and the interior decorating seemed like a homemade effort.Will we return?I think life is too short to not be a little spoilt on your holiday.It really didn t feel like a hotel at all [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

房间虽然不算大，但是装修很新，而且很别致，色彩搭配也让人赏心，服务不错。海景房，就是早上起来退潮了，只有一大片沙滩。

We had a super nice stat at this hotel. Every thing is top notch! The Hotel is brand New and it feels like at least 4 stars. We booked only two nights first but ended up staying here for six. The location is perfect right between chaweng and Lamai and with a motorbike you are minutes away from both. Its also very near silver Beach wich is one of the nicest in Samui. I highly recommend this Hotel! Regards Mathias and Chayarat

This is a budget hotel. My husband and I were too spoilt by 5 stars hotel, therefore have to move out 4 days earlier. Service is good. Breakfast is included in our plan but hardly can pick anything apart from eggs where they prepare on the spot. Our room was clean but am not used to walking up the stairs, there is not lift. The hotel was very disappointing. It is an old style Thai family run bungalow business but charging international resort prices. The bungalows are old, tired and in need of renovation. The first one we were given had a dirty, decrepid bathroom and we had to ask to change. One day there was a power failure that lasted all day. The TV remote didn t work. The shower head was erratic. The water in the basin was a brown colour. The internet service was broken. The beach loungers were torn and dirty. This was a $50 dollar hotel charging $150 rates because of its location on Chaweng Beach. In other words it was a rip off. Not recommended. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Je suis arrivé à 12h30, l’hôtel ne nous permet pas de nous enregistrer avant 14h00. Le climatiseur a fait beaucoup de bruit au milieu de la nuit, je ne sais pas pourquoi. Les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas très bien. Le tuyau de la douche est trop court, vous ne pouvez pas vous tenir debout pour prendre une douche. La chambre est médiocre et le prix est élevé, près de 70 USD par nuit. Je n’y retournerai plus jamais. [R24 intégr. ERR :échappement]

The hotel is well situed on Chaeweng, the swimming pool nice but all the bungalow are very old and dirty. Bathrooms not clean awithout maintenance. The roof of the bungalow are going down, some beds broken... For that kind of price it s really not a good deal. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

C’est une très belle région. La plage était fantastique et le restaurant et le personnel étaient corrects. Mais les chambres étaient très utilisées. Et nous avons été un peu déçus. Le prix était beaucoup trop élevé pour ce niveau.

Position et jardins charmants. Il y avait quelques problèmes avec la salle de bain, le robinet desserré, seulement un filet d’eau et la chasse d’eau. Cependant, ils ont essayé de réparer rapidement. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais les plats cuisinés pas chauds. Le personnel parle souvent entre eux plutôt que de s’occuper des clients. L’eau de la piscine est devenue verte. Il a cependant été finalement nettoyé. Je pense qu’avec une certaine attention aux détails, l’hôtel pourrait être amélioré et un endroit charmant où séjourner.

I recommend this resort to who wants to have all aspects of staying in a tropical island. You will be able to experience relaxation in the same time of having crowded party nights. Chaweng Cabana Resort - having read your previous comments we thought we would give this resort a try!! should not have bothered, apart from it being the very very quiet end of town, we stayed for 10nights, the breakfast was never better than warm, the girls cooking the eggs were so slow it was painfull. we had to ask for toilet paper most days. the room was kept clean but it had a damp feel to it and this made our clothes damp and musty the bedding had a musty feel/smell to it. it was as thought it needed a dam good air out to dry the room out. the weather did not help with loads of rain. so all in all not a good stay in Samui. Room interior not good, poor light condition - you cannot read in the room!! Small toilette. Cleanliness is ok. The Hotel is not near the newly opened Open-Air Disco - you cannot sleept until 2h in the morning. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant at the beach is ok, but pricy as usual. The Resort is on a great location, right near shops and resturants, our room needed a power point in the bathroom, and it definelty needs more movie chanels, only has one with a bad antenna. other than that nice pool and good access to the beach.

hotel was in a good location, just far enough away from the madness of chaweng but still in walking distance to great restaurants and shops. staff were extremely helpful and polite, forever willing to help out in any circumstance. spa area of hotel was lovely, well worth the money. i d stay there again no problem - forget what others say about it needing renovating, for the price it was fine. We stayed for one week in the Superior Gardenview Bungalow. The first bungalow we were offered was very small and it smelt very badly of damp, so we asked to change rooms and the second room was better but still slightly damp and dark. The gardens and the beach were lovely. The restaurant served nice food but it was overpriced and hence was usually empty. There is also a loud nightclub on the road opposite so not really possible to sleep before 2am. All in all not worth the money we paid.

We were very pleased with the service and the hotel. We were booked into a garden villa however there is a night club across the the road and on the first night we could not sleep. We asked to be moved and were moved without fuss although at an extra cost to a villa on the pool and right next to the beach. We were extremely happy with this. The restaurant at the hotel was great and we had a few meals there including right on the sand. We woud definately recommend this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we will certainly be staying there the next time we go to Koh Samui. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very nice resort. We had a clean bungalow with a huge bathroom, daily changed bedshirts. The staff was smart and helpful; the cook accepted even extra wishes regarding preparation of fish dishes. Best would be to buy the fish at the nearby market and deliver it to the kitchen. Otherwise you will hear at the restaurant: no fish today! I will come back there. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
