Perfekte kleine ruhige Anlage mit super Pool, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit Eierstation. Der Garten wird liebevoll gepflegt, der Strand ist sauber und man findet immer eine freie Liege. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Dazu die Kage mitten in Lamai. Hier bekommt man fussläufig alles was man braucht und wohnt trotzdem sehr ruhig. Great resort. Highly recommended! Definitely more upscale than most hotels in Thailand. The only thing that makes me rate it a 4 rather than 5 is that the bathroom had glass walls and a sliding door... Yes there is a curtain but personally I like the possibility to actually close and lock the door properly when going to the bathroom... The breakfast was awesome and the staff was great. An extra plus is that we were offered a late checkout at no additional cost! Really great since we had a late flight. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We were received very warmly at the reception. For us it arrived and feel good. The whole hotel has a beautiful style and everywhere a nice smell. This is in the air all the time, is unobtrusive and beautiful. You just can not put it in words. Toiletries are also provided and even a scrub. The garden of the hotel is magical and is maintained daily. The whole Perosnal is always ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The restaurant is located directly on the beach and from breakfast there is a view of the sea from every table. On the beach there are sufficient beach chairs in the hotel, reserve before breakfast is not necessary. Breakfast is very good. There is no sausage and cheese, but I have not missed either. It was the first time I had to cry when saying goodbye. It was just amazing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel and for sure will stay again. The location is great - on the beach from one hand and close to many restaurants and to the Sunday night market in lamai but it is quiet. The staff are really friendly and helping with any request. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. The rooms are clean and nice.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was quite expensive but Samui hotels generally are. Is what makes the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and could not do enough for us. I can t wait for my next stay at Samui Jasmine resort.

I ve been all over Thailand and I can honestly say this place has to be the best ever. Perfectly located right on the beach with the shops pubs and restaurants about a 5 minute walk. The atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing. I met so many lovely people and the staff were always so helpful and just perfect. The villa was outstanding and beer just costing 45 bht inclusive which was amazing. Definitely going back next year. 2 weeks was not enough. Enjoy guys and girls . [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Stayed 4 days at Jasmine in a deluxe garden room. Was very surprised with the quality of the accommodation and the service from the staff was excellent. The hotel’s facilities are older and more Thai but we had everything that we wanted in our rooms-a lot of thought had been given to extras can buy from mini bar. Great value for money per night. Gardens were attractive and well kept and pool area whilst smaller was cosy and right on the beach. Breakfast had excellent choice of both Thai and UK food with cooked English breakfast available. If you want somewhere cosy, friendly and more authentic, recommend you stay here. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Très bel hotel, bien situé sur la plage de Lamai à 20m d une rue animée où l on peux trouver de tout (boutiques, marchands de rue, marché, 7/11, resto ...) L hotel est cependant au calme. La suite avec les jaccuzi : TOP ! Le personnel est toujours serviable. Le seul bémol est le rappel omniprésent partout dans l hotel du tu casses - tu payes . Lassant !

The hotel was a beautiful, well decorated hotel, with a lovely swimming pool, restaurant, bar and massage area, all facing the beach. The prices for the massage were decent and the restaurant food was quite good however I personally wished it was a little cheaper as normal eating-out places in Thailand were cheaper. The room was also very well decorated, comfortable, room service was very efficient. The room could have used more lighting - given that we stayed in the hotel for a week and spent a significant time in the room, we felt like we required more than just a fairly lit room for ambience.The only downside in the room was that the bathtub could not be used as it caused issues with the drainage and cause the shower area / bathroom to smell like a sewer until a plumber had to be called to fix it. We would have liked to have used the bath tub. The fixing was very quick - approx five minutes after which the smell went. The receptionists / cleaners / waiters were all very nice, polite, helpful , respectful and really added to the experience at the hotel and their help was very much appreciated. The location was great in that it wasn t over-commercialised and we could easily relax without any hassle. Commutes to different beaches / restaurants was also easy via the local bus-like service / taxis. Overall a great experience - would definitely recommend however would hope for a slightly lower room rate. :). [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Again a lovely stay at the Samui Jasmine, and as always, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Osara, Tiger, Boy and Pop. Great location and lovely beach frontage. My only negative is that I feel the place has become a bit rundown. The villas could do with a bit of maintenance and the sun beds on the beach are falling apart. Will be back again next year as we always feel so welcomed when we return and have such a relaxing holiday. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Personnel très sympathique , les massages sont très biens aussi . Hôtel calme bien que central , près de l animation de la rue . À recommander pour ceux qui aiment le calme dans un décor thaïlandais mais qui aime aussi sortir le soir dans les endroits touristiques , il y a de tout. Our deluxe room overlooking the sea on the 3rd floor was great, it would probably be better if we could have more privacy at our beautiful balcony. But we could very well see and hear our neighbours which was a bit disturbing for all. Hotel staff was very friendly and greaful. The only thing we didn t like was breakfast. We were in this hotel twice. March 2013 and November 2015. Both times we took biggest junior suite villa. This time for 2 weeks! The rooms are good! Service is excellent. Breakfast is good. Problems: - wifi is weak, often disconnects - Hot water is not hot. - hotel restaurant is quite expensive - mosquitos!!! - pool has no trees around, too much sun. - quality/cost ratio of the hotel is medium. But nevertheless the vacation was fantastic!

My wife and I, together with two friends, once again had a memorable 4 day stay at the Jasmine in Lamai Beach last week. We stayed in two of the villas on the way to the pool. Apart from the fact that the finishes and paint work in the rooms may require a bit of renovation, and to mention the uncomfortably inconvenient smell that often rises from the drain when the loo is flushed, it is indeed difficult to fault the resort. Breakfasts were outstanding, the staff members were all friendly and service levels were excellent all round. The resort is also coveniently situated within easy walking distance from the centre of Lamai and its vibrent night life.I can strongly recommend this resort. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We couldn t have been happier staying anywhere else. The hotel is in a great position & the staff were fantastic. The room we stayed in was on the second floor with a beautiful view. The staff were all so helpful & polite that you couldn t fault them. Breakfast which was included was always fresh & plentiful.sitting in the restaraunt each morning by the ocean was a fantastic way to start our day. Unfortunately due to the weather we didn t have dinner on the beach but will do so on our next stay. We were in samui for a friends wedding which was on the other side of the island & chose to stay where the wedding was held so we didn t need to worry about getting back ealy hours of the morning. When we did come back the next afternoon we went up to our room & 5 minutes later there was a knock on our door & 6 staff sing me happy birthday with a beautiful decorated birthday cake with my name & candles. I asked my partner if she had organised this, which she said she hadn t said anything to the hotel about. In short they made us feel like part of their family & couldn t have been nicer. 10 of us have just spent 11 nights at the Jasmine Resort - a couple of comments - the bar and restaurant staff were exceptional and simply could not look after us any better - many thanks Moo, Pae, Belle, Bank and apologies if I have missed anyone - our room deluxe closet to the pool and restaurant was very good - kept clean and everything in fine working order - the shower in this room is a poor design, a waterfall style which was difficult to wash hair in- the hanging light made from what would seem to be corks, attacked us every time we used the mirror due to simply hanging way too low - mini bar well stocked and reasonable prices - unhappy about the rigid manner in which we were not allowed to take any coffee or toast away from the breakfast bar to enjoy by the pool especially after we had paid for it - all other foods which we paid additionally for was allowed to be consumed around the pool - I would say this is a way for them to get you to spend more money!! Also be very careful when on arrival you receive vouchers for discounts in restaurant and massage spa - you MUST take the voucher with you at the time of the service - they don t seem to tell you this on arrival and interestingly it is NOT mentioned in the terms a conditions at the bottom of the vouchers- when we took our vouchers to reception at the point of checkout they refused to redeem them - another loop hole they use to avoid giving you the discount because REALLY what difference does it make to them whether they see the voucher as it comes via the restaurant to reception or at the end of your stay when you go to pay for it - and of course they just smile and say no - you won t have a leg to stand on - after spending $200.00 AUD at the restaurant and expecting to use the voucher against his at check out then having them refuse, we stopped using any other services - so they lost the business of 10 people for massages and further restaurant meals (as we were lucky enough to find out about this loop hole early in the trip by checking the progress of our bill). This did put a sour taste in our mouth considering we were a large group spending quite a lot of money and they would not flex at all offering no good will to us as customers. Apart from watching this rip off the resort is fine [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Hallo zusammen. Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Meer. Der Service ist top und die Villa die wir hatten war auch in einem super Zustand. Die Hotelanlage ist mit einer der besten in Lamai. Der Strand ist zwar nicht der beste, aber trotzdem sehr schön. (Körnung des Sandes ist etwas grob). Wenn man Party haben möchte, ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im geschehen und wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ist im Hotel der perfekte Ort dafür. Immer wieder gerne. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

this was a great hotel and was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. the staff were permanently cleaning and scrubbing everywhere. the breakfast was the best in a month of travelling and 6 hotels. the hotel locate was on the beach and had a lovely breeze coming from the sea int he evening was was very welcome. the rooms were good size and the beds and pillows comfortable. the beach and pool chairs were the best with the covers changed regularly. towels for the pool and beach supplied. good location and the pick up and drop of to the airport was worth the small extra amount more than a metered cab. staff were so friendly and helpful thanks. Wonderful hotel,wonderful staff,fantastic location next to the beach. We had a delux sea view room on 3rd floor so good view of the sea. The only thing i did not like as we had our daughter with use toilet was not very private as had glass screens and a elect blind to cover the glass ,was not very sound proof .These rooms ideal for couple who want a romantic holiday .

Очень хороший отель,соответствует своим 4*.Не большой и уютный с очень ухоженной территорией,весь в зелени.Номера отлично оборудованы-есть все необходимое,включая тапочки и халаты.Хорошая ванна и тропический душ.Горячая вода постоянно без проблем.Мило,шампуни,гели хорошего качества. Отличный ресторан с внимательным персоналом и очень хорошим выбором на завтрак.Хороший бассейн,хотя и не большой по размерам.Прекрасный пляж с лежаками и зонтами в достаточном количестве.Отель находиться в тихом месте в шаговой доступности от всей туристической инфраструктуры на Ламае.Пребыванием в отеле очень довольны.Есть в отеле одна особенность-при бронировании номера с видом на сад,могут поселить на 2-й етаж с видом на крыши соседних вилл.Но таких номеров всего два. Excellent hotel!!! Emplacement idéal, au cœur de lamai, personnel d une rare gentillesse!! Très belles chambres spacieuses et très modernes (salle de bain!!!!) que ce soit les villas ou le bâtiment!! (J ai testé les deux), le restaurant est magnifique et excellant les pieds dans le sable le soir avec une déco soigné et toujours à prix abordables comme partout sur l île.. Après avoir vu les hôtels le long de la plage est De loin le meilleur les pieds dans l eau !!! Je ne peux que dire du bien de cet hotel et des employés grâce à qui j ai passé un excellent sejour!!!

Очень понравился отель!Вкусные завтраки,внимательный персонал. отличный пляж, близко кафе, массажные салоны, магазины. Рядом аквапарк и Теско, можно добраться пешком. Единственный недостаток плохо регулируется вода в душе, то горячая, то холодная. С удовольствием вернемся!

We visited this hotel for the second time. So we ve already knew where we are going. Nothing changed. Good room, good personal, excellent nature. Были в этом отеле уже во второй раз. На сей раз с маленьким ребенком. Персонал дружелюбный, впрочем как и все тайцы. Возникли некоторые сложности с питанием для ребенка. Молочную кашу там не готовят (или же надо было согласовывать меню с менеджером ресторана, мы не стали). Крем-суп у них - это кипяченое молоко с тем, что в нем плавает - кусочки куриного филе - куриный крем-суп, креветки, тыква и т.д. Но, все равно почти 2-х летнего ребенка нашлось, чем кормить. El hotel es impresionante. El mejor en el que hemos estado en Tailandia. La habitación es preciosa, minibar a precio de supermercado y está junto a la playa. Piscina muy chula y buen desayuno. Stayed 15 days with my family. It was great! All staff were nice and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Deluxe Bungalows were old (smell sewer, fortunately air extractor is very efficient) but functional with bubble bath and waterfall shower. Restaurant is expensive but good and plenty of western food. Dining on the beach is a nice experience and service is very good. Beach is nice at this place, the best I think compare to north of Lamai. Jasmine is a good value compare to closest resorts. Don t forget that prices is for high standard services, lower prices, lower services as everywhere in Thailand. Many thanks to Jasmine for this wonderfull holidays! As they said You are our family , that is true. We found smiles and genuine Thai people. May be the last best place to be in Samui. Chaweng is now awfull, no more Thai people but Indies, pakistanese... They insult you and are very arrogant in shops. Better prices at Lamai. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cet hotel, qui est vraiment parfait et en accord avec ce que nous attendions!Très agréable avec seulement 35 chambres;le personnel aux petits soins et toujours souriants, un des rares hôtels ou on peut diner le soir sur la plage,pas trop loin de Chaweng si on veut avoir plus d animation( 15 min en taxi)..bref on y retourne l année prochaine ;))) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

В целом отель хорошего уровня. Отличное расположение. Магазин в полминуты ходьбы, цены в минибаре приятно поражают. Из минусов могу отметить плохую работу канализации, в номере ощущался неприятный запах.

The Jasmine Hotel is a small hotel very charming and we have to really say a big thank you to the personnel at the reception, and also at the beach they always have an eye. They are so nice, always here to help you. The service at the bar and at the restaurant is just excellent! We will come back.

Arrived late afternoon after spending a few days in a Bangkok hotel that was supposed to have been of the same star rating as this resort. I was a bit shocked that the reception was basically on the entry doorstep. We received all our room instructions did the necessary paperwork and the porters took the bags upstairs. We had booked early, and asked for rooms on the 3rd floor (deluxe seaview), which we were happy to receive. There isn t a lift, and after travelling it was great to not have to lug everything up a few flights of stairs. The rooms were of typical Thai styling, with dark wood interiors. The room itself was comfortable without being anything special - and was spacious. We had just come from BKK where our room was approx. 60 sq m so it took a little while to adjust to the size difference. The bathroom had been refurbished, and unlike other SE Asian bathrooms in hotels, which are/can be dark and neglected. This one was large and open. So much so that there was a glass sliding door (virtually redundant... a large deep bath tub and a separate shower with rain nozzle as well as hand held. The off putting thing about all the glass was the electric blinds that you had to operate if you needed privacy to perform personal ablutions. I think that less money could have been used on the bathroom and more on the rest of the room. The lighting was inadequate for the room, and there was no way that you could read at night. This was a little disturbing. The balcony was good, with footstools that made things more comfortable - but, don t expect any privacy, as all of the partitioning is latticed, and all balconies could be viewed along that whole floor. That was very disturbing as from certain angles, your next door neighbours from both sides could see directly into your room and had a view of the bed. Was not overly happy with that, and you take pot luck whether you end up having a potential peeping tom staying next to you. The restaurant area was great, very open with a great outlook to the infinity pool and from there onto the beach out into the Gulf of Thailand...the breakfasts were not too bad, with the usual cook available to do your eggs/omelettes etc, and they generally remembered how you have them cooked... and the pool bar had comfortable seating for relaxing view a beautiful outlook. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming in all areas of the hotel, and the general manager was very aware of PR. She was excellent in her actions and how the hotel was portrayed (she would do very well in Australia as a business manager). The last and most memorable thing was their treatment of us on our last day. We checked out at midday, and were not due to be picked up until 3pm for a 5pm flight from Samui. We spent the afternoon at the pool and when it was time - were just going to shower at the beach shower and get changed into our gear for travelling in the hotel toilets. The GM offered us a spare bathroom to shower and freshen up. This was an extremely nice touch which obviously was much appreciated. My wife and I stayed 8 great nights at the Samui Jasmine (19th 27th June 2013) with 2 friends in the adjoining room. Staff were excellent, extremely polite and willing to assist at all times. Food was great. Would I stay here again? Yes definitely! Would I recommend this resort? Yes.

To be honest this is the first time I have used Sawadee for booking and I did have my reservations, however I cannot fault this service. What they promised they delivered. We even arranged airport transfers through Sawadee (a Mr Dome) and apart from being very pleasant and speaking good English, he gave a very informative commentary on the way in from the airport.

Resort liegt zentral am Lamai Beach. Sehr kleine Anlage, meiner Meinung nach etwas überteuert. Aber sehr schönes Dinner auf dem Strand. Wirklich nett gemacht. Frühstück ist ok. Pool ist klein und zu nahe am Restaurant.

The pool/restaurant/bar area reminds you of Groundhoog Day and One flew over the cuckoo nest ... every day same, breakfast (lower end), music (same CD all over again and again, no change possible!!!); as there is only one sound system, you get the chilled version of Born in the USA chachacha... at least 10x a day where ever you go... bar some times closes at 09:30~10:00pm... oh, if you like peanuts with your drink, be careful, they charge 140 Baht for a handful... so it s 2 Baht per peanut... Last but not least, laundry was not able to get sunlotion cleaned out... Won t visit the place a second time! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Had a wonderful stay for the second time at the Samui Jasmine. Special thanks to Bell who works in the restaurant at breakfast time and who was always there with a smile and made time for a chat and Boon who was previously the room attendant and is now manager, she still remembered us and stopped to say hello and of course to all on reception Orassa and Aoy especially who have been there both times we have stayed, lovely ladies who always made the point of saying hello (sawadee. A very pleasent stay at Samui Jasmine Resort, the surroundings and the beach is very nice and the Staff at Samui is very sweet and helpfull, even though their Englih is not too well, there were always one who could help. Sitting and eating at the beach at night with live music in the background is a very nice experience. Our only small grudge is that when our 6 years old daughter accidently droped a glass who smashed, we were asked to pay 100 Baht for this glass, not something that we are used too, and a thing that we made a complaint about, this resulted in, that the manager consulted us and we got our room on the last day from 12-19 for free, so again the compensated. I would like to come back to Samui Jasmine Resort and will recommend this place to others. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The Jasmine Resort Hotel is ideally located on the beautiful beach. The rooms are carefully decorated and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room with a view of the sea is wonderful. I will love to come back and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful hotel. I had spent (despite blackout)unforgettable days in this beautiful place.

We spent our honeymoon in Samui Jasmine Resort on Lamai beach in October and it was the best choice ever! This hotel is wonderful, very pleasant, nice and clean! The staff is very kind and friendly, atmosphere there was so good that not only visitors of Jasmine felt it, but everybody who was near, especially when there was live music on the beach every evening. Great singer and guitar player played while the guests had dinner on the beach, so romantic! The rooms are tidy and clean, interior is very nice, exterior is lovely - beautiful garden, flowers, small bridge across tiny river... Swimming pool also was very clean and pleasant, so was the sandy beach. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody. Отель ОЧЕНЬ понравился!!! Маленький, уютный, находится на пляже. Очень большое внимание к мелочам - запахам в номере, живым цветам, которые ВЕЗДЕ,украшением многочисленных вазонов, которые на территории. Порадовало обилие мелких штучек для комфортного пребывания -ватные диски, палочки, скраб для тебя, лосьоны, шампуни, сумка для пляжа, аккуратная книжечка для карты-ключа от номера.....Отель оцениваю на 5 баллов. Единственное что - завтраки скудноватые! НО сам антураж - музыка, вид на море, фрукты - это все сглаживает)))))...и еще момент - в ресторане очень вкусно готовят.ОЧЕНЬ. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отель более чем оправдал мои ожидания, идеален во всех отношениях: большой, чистый, уютный номер с огромным балконом и шикарным видом на море; большой пляж; бар и ресторан у самого пляжа; бассейн; рядом множество ресторанов, баров, но при этом в отеле тихо; очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда оперативно помогали в решении возникавших вопросов. В лобби отеля бесплатные свежие фрукты. При заселении предлагают бесплатно бокал вина - мелочь, в приятно. Был в пяти отелях по всему Таиланду, этот лучший по соотношению цены и качества.

Хороший отель и номер, Чистенько, новая сантехника и ванная. На 3+ полностью оправдывает. Дружелюбный персонал, вкусные завтраки, но однообразные. Хороший пляж и место. Проживали в начале сентября 2012 г. Симпатичный, отель хорошо декорирован. Дружелюбный персонал. Хороший номер, отличный вид с 3-его этажа на море и пляж. Новая сантехника и ванная. Хороший пляж и месторасположение. Рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Вкусные завтраки, но однообразные. На ресепшен лежат фрукты для гостей бесплатно, + 2 ПК бесплатный интернет. Грязное застеленное белье, иногда. wifi тормозил и обрывался постоянно. Живности в номере не было замечено, ну на балконе ползала временами маленькая ящерка. We have been in this wonderful department from 10 to 21 September, it was a memorable honeymoon! Hotel lovely, beautiful, green, lots of flowers and plants! Very clean beach and beautiful sea! Delicious and hearty breakfast! The hotel staff is very friendly and very welcoming! Were always ready to help! The hotel location is very good, close to many shops and restaurants! By the way, the hotel is very good food, we had dinner there! Not very expensive and crazy delicious! The tastiest lobsters were here! We fondly remember our soul to rest and never forget it!

Fantastic location - right on the beach and close to shops/restaurants/markets etc. We stayed in a villa which fitted 3 of us - one double and one foldaway bed. It was big enough - roomy bathroom. Service was not as friendly as some other places we stayed. Got charged 200 baht for a broken cup!!!! Apart from that everything else was great - I would certainly stay here again. :) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We arrived early in the morning. Got upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor. Very nice room. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Nice ocean view. The breakfast was quite ordinary. The staff is tentative, but could be better at serving tea and coffee. We had lunch and/or dinner at the hotel. Nothing special. Some of the courses are too small, eg. 4 small shrimps as a main course.... Beverage is a little expensive compared to other hotels. Improvement matters: Fresh beach towels should be automatically be provided in the evening, or at least the first night. The wooden beach chairs are ok. The plastic ones should at least have new mattresses. One of the male staff at the reception is very rude. He provides no services and has bad manners.

Wonderful little hotel ans a true Thai paradise in Lamai Beach. The service, the friendliness, the natural beaty of this hotel made our stay a great experience. We will surely come back.

Some discrepancy between the description of the room we booked and the actal size of the room. We were 3 adults and 1 child and the villa with jacuzzi was a bit small for 4 persons. Had the booking agent pointed it out, we would have reserved a larger room.

Well, sorry, NOT GOOD. We booked the junior suite, thinking that as advertised on web was 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and living space. On arrival was told because only 2 persons one of the bedroom would be closed up. The master bedroom was fabulous, but because I was travelling with my friend (same sex) we didnt want a double bed, the only option was to use the 2nd bedroom which was a little box with 2 single beds AND NO WINDOWS. They refused to open both bedrooms. We did the trudge up and down the street in very hot conditions looking for another hotel as the Jasmine was otherwise fully booked. We did end up in Chewang (Baan Chewang) which was really lovely. I will say that Sawadee (booking agent) was really good and although we had to pay a cancellation fee of 5,800baht, they transferred the rest of our money to the new hotel with little trouble. The whole exercise cost an extra $200 AU approx, but in hindsight was thoroughly worth it. The Jasmine might have been OK, but from what I saw and the experience I had with the staff, I am glad that we had to move on. Where we ended up was wonderful, clean, roomy and staff could have not been more helpful (breakfast yummy too!) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We spend one week in this hotel during our honeymoon. The hotel in general is very good. Very cozy and beautiful green territory (though small). Service on a good level! We lived in a villa with jacuzzi - very nice villa, has everything you may need! Even the fumigator, in which every day personal of the hotel change the plate. Convenient, comfortable, quiet and clean! The beach with very good! The sea is clean. The depth starts pretty quickly! The sand is quite large and hard, but it was not a problem for us. A wonderful swimming pool! In the evenings music and tables on the sand. Breakfast is delicious, but we were little bit disappointed the lack of choise. For the price which we pay for our stay we expected a much more varied breakfast (for example, in Pattaya in the hotel rather cheaper than these one the variary of dishes was much greater). Excellent location - close to all bars, cafes, makashnits, shops. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

we travelled with 2 other friends and had an absolute fantastic 12 nights in a deluxe villa. Everything you need is within the resort at NON inflated prices. Pool overlooking the great swimming beach, massage, dining were all exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful and as always so friendly. Returning next year

We had originally booked another resort, which we soon found out could not accomodate us all. Sawadee looked for rooms for us there, but instead suggested Samui Jasmine a we are so glad they did. They texted and emailed me when the first resort closed all online bookings and communicated via email very efficiently

Lovely resort with just the right amount of personal service and your convenience in mind. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when they did not fully understand what we were trying to convey. We stayed in the seaview room, so the view was fantastic and the tub just divine. There was a lovely selection of bathfoam and heaven-scented bath salt supplied, including bathrobes. The hotel also has umbrellas and a beachbag with towels supplied, as well as free wifi in the room and free dvd rental. It s situated in the heart of Lamai beach, just a mere 10-steps to the road where there are a minimart, money exchange and bars just round the corner. The beach in front is also lovely. For some snorkelling action, walk to the right towards Hin Ta Hin Yai where there is a rocky bay with fish swimming in them. It s a mere 20-minute stroll there, but be warned of dogs and peddlers along the way. All in all, truly value for money! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Отель прекрасен! Сначала заселились в виллу на 5 дней, чтобы осмотреться и решить куда дальше податься. Но в итоге остались там же, только в основном здании. Потому что не нашли на побережье отеля с таким же отличным соотношением цена-качество. Расположение отеля прекрасное (5-7 минут до центра Ламаи и 10 минут до Теско Лотус в другую сторону). номера новые, красивые, удобные. Номер в с оновном здании как ни странно показался лучше, чем вилла. Он был на первом этаже и в нем всегда было прохладно, а одноэтажная вилла нагревалась засчет крыши. Единственным минусом в номере были стеклянные прозрачные отгородки туалетной зоны которые каждый раз приходилось закрывать с помощью пульта управления. Завтраки и массаж в отеле были прекрасны. Gutes Hotel, schöner Bungalow, sehr sauber, freundlicher und schneller Service. Eigener Strandabschnitt, der aber, wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, wohl zu klein ist. Für die low season, in der wir dort waren, völlig ausreichend. Leider sehr viele freilaufende Hunde. Ebenso viele Händler und Damen, die Massagen anbieten. Der online gebuchte Taxiservice vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat einwandfrei und zu einem guten Preis funktioniert. Das Hotel hat eine wirklich gute Lage, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist innerhalb weniger Schritte auf der Main Road von Lamai, wo alle Restaurants und Bars gelegen sind. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

This resort is so great. The rooms are very big and the bathroom has shower and bathtube. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Koh Samui we will choose this hotel again.

Very good resort, near the beach, beautiful garden, great sea view from my room (sea view units), staff are always with smile and very helpful. Having dinner in beach is a great enjoy. Not far away from the shopping/bar street、 weekend street market and TESCO Lotus , the distance is just good for a quiet sleep and a convenient walk way to shopping. The building s ACs are working whole day(3rd floor), but it s OK for me. I ll recommend this resort to friends and stay here next time. 非常好的酒店，离沙滩很近，走过漂亮、精致的花园和餐厅就是海边。离商铺、周末自由市场和购物中心都不远。即使有bar在放音乐，我们在房间中也可以安静的睡着。在海滩上边吃美食边看星星、听海浪都是享受。 工作人员非常友善，甚至还教我踏板摩托的使用。 我在三楼的房间对面是就建筑的空调风口，有声音但是不影响我的休息，如果对声音比较敏感的话可以和工作人员提前确认一下房间。 很好的酒店，我会推荐给朋友并且希望下次还能住在这里 :D [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

A little gem we found on a hunt for a nice place in Lamai. The staff we very friendly & helpful right from the start, offering us refreshments even when we were only enquiring about the rooms. They more than accommodated our needs. They let us know hoe we could book on line & get a cheaper rate. They changed our mattress over the next day after checking in when informed it was sagging on one side. The hotel has small but beautiful grounds, water and flower features & a great eating space directly over looking the beach & poolside. Breakfast was simple but very generous. If they upgraded the variety & quality of meats, the hotel would definitely rate 4+ stars.

Our holidays were great. There are a lot of advantages. But there are also disadvantages too. First. We have a noisy air-cond in our room (3rd fl.). It was working all night long, so we had to sleep with ear plugs. Second, and the main. Hotel staff began taking off sundecks and umbrellas TOO early (right after 16.00) for placing restaurant tables. So hotel guests had to leave the beach or sit on the sand closely to the sea. Thus the softest sun was from 16.00 to 18.00 exactly. Nearby hotels also organized evening restaurants but later. So, their guests received the full Thai sun and sea, and hotel sundecks and umbrellas as well (they paid for it). By the way, first visitors appeared in the restaurant circa after 18.30. And hotel staff coped with placing and laying tables in 20-30 min. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Останавливались в отеле с 24.04 по 06.04.2012. Отель понравился. Расположение очень удобное с одной стороны в центре торговой улочки, с другой стороны отель прямо на берегу. Совершенно не шумно, до пляжа от номера меньше минуты. Брали бунгалло, хороший номер. Вся территория зеленая. Сам по себе отель маленький, впрочем там все такие отели. А большие отели как правило не с таким хорошим пляжем. Шезлонги и зонты есть, бесплатные, всгда в наличии. Заход в море хороший - песок. Море глубокое, правда временами было грязное (кокосы плавали, водоросли). Ездили в Чавенг, не понравилось.Море очень мелкое, купаться негде. Завтраки однообразны, но есть что выбрать. Убборка в номере хорошая. Персонал очень вежливый. Wi Fi бесплатный, есть везде на тер-рии отеля, включая номер. В целом рекомендую отель. По близости не видели отеля такого ухеженного и с таким хорошим пляжем. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Очень хороший отель, был выше всех моих ожиданий, даже несмотря на высокую стоимость виллы. Обслуживание и качество еды и номеров на высшем уровне. Был с друзьями и детьми. Никаких проблем за 2 недели. Рядом тоже рекспектабельные отели, до центра 10 минут ходьбы. Из относительных минусов могу отметить (с сильной натяжкой) - не сильно разнообразный (хоть и очень сытный) завтрак, не очень вкусно приготовленного лобстера на ужин, а так же не везде 100%-но работающий WiFi. Wir waren das zweitemal im Samui Jasmine Resort. Es ist sehr gepflegt, super schöne Zimmer und eine traumhafte Gartenanlage. Es wird immer etwas erneuert und das ganze Hotel ist gut unterhalten. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell!

The hotel is a genuine resort on Lamai beach and served an outstanding experience for our family. I would definitely book this again and can warmly recommend to others, also families with children. The hotel staff was great, as were the rooms, food, service, pool, beach, location and everything! Also near the Lamai centre and all the services. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
