i have stayed here before and found the place ok, it is not within walking distance of the beachbut you can hire a little motor bike for 150 baht per day and u are then on the beach in 5 minutes.
the rooms are quite basic, quite dark and the bed is very hard but for a short stay it is good value for the money, there is also plenty of eating places within minutes from your door.
staff very helpful had a grest stay and would stay again
